Abenoya — Restaurant in Osaka

For foreigners, if you want to try Japanese food, please do that somewhere else and not this place. I have been living in Japan for many years and I can speak Japanese but the staff attitude completely change when they notice that we are foreigners. If the employees are having a bad day consider closing early and go home. You are running a restaurant give out a better attitude and better customer service, you can’t choose the nationality of customers who wants to eat there. it's as bad as the 1 star reviews says, tourist trap.

The chef who cooked okonomiyaki is not even japanese. Only the family the old lady aunty and 2 sons who welcome customers are.

Be wary if a restaurant is too friendly to tourists, means food is bad.

阿倍野屋の店員さんの態度が悪い・外国人差別 今回は2回目この店に来ました。 前回日本人と食べに行って、親切な態度で接客されて、チヂミが美味しかったから二度と戻りたかったんだけど、今回は私の友達と食べに来て、外国語を使ったばかりに、接客態度が悪くなり、「いらっしゃいませ」って、「席、ご案内します」って、こんな言いやすい方も一言もなかったです。 せっかく、店に来たから、とりあえず早めに注文して急いで食べて行こうと思ってるけど、その店員さんが注文しに来られる時、取り皿渡す方はテーブルに投げるようです。それに注文終わってから、その店員さんは「はい」って小さく答えました。 これは初めて日本で差別されたと感じて、食欲がなくなり、さっき注文をキャンセルして、二度と戻らない。

Chào mọi người, ai đọc được bài viết này, hãy né quán Abenoya (阿倍野屋)ra ạ . Nhân viên khi biết mình nói tiếng nước ngoài thì thái độ phục vụ tệ hẳn ra mặc dù trước đó mình giao tiếp với nhân viên bằng tiếng Nhật . Vì mình cũng lỡ đến quán nên đã vào bàn gọi món. Khi nhân viên đến gọi món và đưa dĩa ăn thì cứ như ném thẳng vào mặt mình . Thậm chí trả lời lí nhí như kiểu vừa mất sổ gạo. Đây là lần thứ 2 mình đến quán vì lần đầu mình đi với ng Nhật thì nhân viên dễ thương, ân cần, đồ ăn ngon nên mình mới quay lại lần 2. Nhưng h thì tởn rồi ạ 😢
