Kaiyukan Hall — Local services in Osaka

This is just a gigantic heap of cheap and bad restaurants, mixed with shops selling cheaply produced but overpriced trinkets to the tourist from the cruise-ships docking directly nearby. It was full of ugly and unbehaved folks "dining" at KFC and Wendy's, having "caffeinated beverages" at Starbucks or buying the massively overpriced octopuss balls you get in the city center for half the price in better quality (but without ketchup...). From this building you can access the giant ferris wheel (3rd Floor), the "Santa Maria" harbor cruise (nice to bridge one hour, but actually not very spectacularly) or do what's best: leave. 2nd visit in 7 nov 23 02:20 PM and I office have just updated on this day that “03:00 pm round fulled ”. I don’t know why they have not inform in advance.
