大人200円の料金分の展示ではなかった。 以前に、仕事の研修で訪れた時は「油座」に関する特別展示だったのでしょう。「離宮八幡宮」のお膝元の大山崎町ならではの内容で、大和古墳群の奈良県桜井市の古墳の遺物を展示する資料館のように独自性が活かされた展示施設だという印象が鮮烈であった。 一階ロビーの青銅の「油売り」のレリーフも特徴を表していて、アピールしている。 2024年3月に訪れた今回は、前年のNHK大河ドラマ「どうする家康」の関連からか、「安土桃山時代」を中心。「天王山の戦い（山崎の合戦）」のもの。 同町の国宝の茶室「妙喜庵待庵（みょうきあんたいあん）」のレプリカくらいしか私には見るべきものはなかった。 一緒に来た妻には、見所をあれこれと説明してやれたが、これが一般客ではできないだろう。「信貴山縁起絵巻」の「飛び倉」のワンカットの写真パネルは、観覧ルートの逆にあって気付きも、その意味も伝わらない。

Ein wirklich kleines, aber sehr schönes Lokalmuseum. Direkt am Eingang kann man an einem Bildschirm zur Geschichte Yamazakis einiges erfahren. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Standortmarkierung zu den einzelnen Infos auf einer Ortskarte an der Wand.
