Crystalexe Nankishirahama 2 — Attraction in Shirahama

The view of the room is good as I booked ocean view room. However, the AC can only turn on at 26C as there is water leakage from the AC. It was so hot to have AC in 26C when outside is 30C. My family cannot sleep well as it was hot and listening the sound of water drop.

Service is bad. My booking included a breakfast. My family (four of us) didnt get the breakfast in the last day of our stay. As we are urge to leave in the last day we stayed, we asked staff of Canteen that whether we can make the breakfast take away one day before the last day. The staff asked us to go to the front desk. The front desk staff said they can make it. However, when we are trying to pick the breakfast in the last day, they said they cannot do it. As the result, we didnt have breakfast at that day cause we planned to take the breakfast and have it during the travel time.

The location is for someone can drive. Although I checked the map before booking the hotel, it is not suitable for going there by foot. The road shown on map is actually a driving road. It is dangerous for...

It's a good value property overall. We got a clean 2DK (meaning 2 bedrooms, 1 dining room and 1 kitchen, no living room) for the price of one hotel room. Parking is also included. There is no onsen on site The location is convenient if you have a car as most things are within a 10-minute drive. Without a car, you will need to go up and down the hill unless you call a taxi.||The bigger downsides are:||1) one of our bedrooms smelled wet and mushy. We ended up closing the door and not sleeping in that room;||2) Though the staff are nice, service is almost non-existent. Once you book a room, it's impossible to ask any questions unless you call. There is no way to email anyone. If you want to change your booking or add a meal, you must cancel the existing one. Past 7pm or so, all staff are gone;||3) There is indeed just one elevator.
