FamilyMart Shirarahama Beach — Local services in Shirahama

The only male cashier working on the afternoon shift of 25 Sept, 2025 about 4 pm was so rude. Not only he didn’t station at the counter for greeting and thanking customers, he also didn’t offer much help when we were selecting hot food from the display case. His english is below 0 and not worth working in this famous beach where it is visited by both domestic and international visitors. His hospitality is even more “below zero” i would love to say this is a low-grade japanese staff I hardly meet after many visits to Japan. What I hate the most is he pointed his finger out to ask us to leave for eating outside because the inside seating area is not provided in this branch. No saying sorry or anything. Family mart should replace him with someone much better than this guy or fire him out from this job if it has to be that way.
