I stumbled upon this shrine on a morning walk and noticed its unique design amongst the other shrines in the neighborhood. For one there isdrumming music in the background, and the donation box has a giant Okame face on it. There is some renovations happening for the upcoming festival in November, but the property remains clear and clean, and wasn't busy. Free tea refreshments are also provided by the reception desk, and goshuin. I enjoyed seeing this place, making a prayer and getting their goshuin. It's worth stopping by the Otori shrine if you're in the area!
