Easy traditional sentō. Lightly crowded, mostly by quiet elderly. I have a small tattoo on my hip and that didn’t cause any troubles - I didn’t ask, but I didn’t see any “no-tattoos” sign and wasn’t asked by the staff if I had one. Entrance is 500Y, towels can be rented for 130Y. No cold pool, just cold showers. The bath temperature is really hot - these seams to be a standard in Tokyo as it’s not the first time I’ve experienced it, but it is well above the temperatures I’ve felt in other onsen in Japan. Read moreA lovely little place with amenities available at a very affordable rate - my visit plus a flannel and shower gel and shampoo sachets came to 600¥ (though you might still want to bring your own towel... Never quite figured that out). The people who run the place are very helpful and nice, there's an English etiquette guide which was very useful.
All in all a great place, very traditional and I am very tempted to go again before I leave Tokyo.

However the jacuzzi baths are a much more comfortable temperature (for the ladies baths at least).
