I did enjoy my time here at Reny alpha. I was there twice. The first concert was MsEva in May and the second one was Yeti in July. It is located in the basement -2. The ground floor is a book shop, the basement -1 is a gaming centre with a lot of machines. Near to the place there are some good restaurants and cheap capsule hotels. The concert hall is wide, the sounding is good. If you stand somewhere in the back, you can also see the performance well because the stage is in a higher place. Staff members were nice with me.

過去行ったことが無い箱。初めてはいりました。 地下2階とあり携帯の電波は皆無でした😱 中はギラギラとして落ち着かない感じでした。 柱が2本あり横浜ベイホールミニバージョン？とも思いました。 今回ソールドアウト公演とありギュウギュウでした。 下手寄りの真ん中にドリンカー。 しかしそのドリンカー黒髪ロング黒マスクの女性の態度がヤバすぎてドン引き。 お客様の誘導もドリンカーからでて導いてあげればいいのに怒鳴るだけ。 ドリンク受け渡しも人がいっぱいでたどりつけない人とかいたんだけどドリンク前開けろって威圧的にいうだけ。 ドリンク無いときは常に座って携帯いじってるしその時にドリンクにきたお客様に雑対応。 ドリンカーからでるときすいませんとおりますごめんなさいとか言えばいいのにどけと言うような口調。(客席通ることになるのです) からのドリンカーに戻るときたまたまドリンカーちかくの所にいたのですがライブで手に持てないから壁側の床にドリンク置いてる子がいてその子も悪いかもしれないけどけとばしてそのまま回収笑 まだ一口くらいしか飲んでなくてあの、私の‥ってその子いってたのにシカトして回収してました(料金発生してるのだから蹴飛ばしたならもとに戻すかこえがけすべき) 白Tシャツ黒縁メガネ女子ドリンカースタッフは公演中寝てるし笑 仕事中なのに‥て呆れました 挙句黒髪ロングの女に柱で隠れるところで電波よくない中仕事の連絡きていて返していたら携帯いじるな😡と言われました。 演者に迷惑になる場所でもないし携帯の光など妨げにならないように下の方で操作してたんですが‥って貴女ずっと携帯いじってるよね？🤣って言いたかったけど耐えました。 演者さん、お客様がいて給料もらってんだからしっかりしろって思ったし演奏中も携帯いじってたり寝ていたりお客様に対して威圧的接客でないなって思いました。来月から値上がりするのにドリンカーのレベルが最悪です。過去いろんなライブハウス行ってますがワーストワンなドリンカーでした。 超絶不快だったので改善してください。上の方。 バンギャを見下した対応辞めてください。 因みに水もらったけど冷えてない物を並べてそれを配ってました。 暑いから冷たいの飲みたかったのに生ぬるい水を飲む事になったのも違和感でしかなかったです。※冷えたのもあったらしいけど自己申告しないとだったみたい(自分は冷えたのあるの分からなかった)

I came here for Fest of Extreme '23 and had a great time. A fantastic venue with a beautiful aesthetic where the lighting and audio was world class. The bands were incredible and as usual gave %110, which is so often the case in live Japanese metal. An experience I'll never forget in a venue I'd love to see again.

I came here for Fest of Extreme '23 and had a great time. A fantastic venue with a beautiful aesthetic where the lighting and audio was world class. The bands were incredible and as usual gave %110, which is so often the case in live Japanese metal. An experience I'll never forget in a venue I'd love to see again.

The sound is okay, there's lockers and the livehouse is new so very fancy. There is also a little step separating the two parts of the livehouse, so the back is higher than the front, making it easier to see. However' there's two columns in the middle so good luck seeing anything if it's full and you have a bad ticket. Also, the toilet is near the stage on the left, which means weird smells do come out...

They tend to really cram people in. It was way too hot and they really needed to pump up the AC. Not all locations can see the stage. The bands we saw were awesome, they even complained about the heat. Bar in the main concert space, created a mad crush during sets as people tried to make their way over to the bar. Massive pillars really block site lines for about 15 % of the people...
