⚠️FIX THIS MESS OR SHUT IT DOWN!! If you can’t provide basic service, close the embassy. Right now, this place is a joke and an embarrassment

⚠️FIRE the useless staff!! They are lazy, rude, and act like they are doing us a favor. Ignoring people and refusing to help? Unacceptable. Get rid of them and hire professionals who actually want to work

⚠️STOP wasting people’s time!! Instead of checking all documents at once, they make you wait in line multiple times for tiny mistakes. Why should we have to go to the back of the line after fixing a mistake, just because someone else arrived later? This is complete nonsense. Get your act together and check everything at once!

⚠️NO PHONE SUPPORT AT ALL?? You can’t even manage to answer the phone? That’s the bare minimum for any service. Everyone complains about the same thing. It’s as if this place is run on silence and ignorance..

⚠️NO MORE long breaks!! Shutting down the whole embassy for an hour? Ridiculous. Rotate breaks like a normal workplace. People travel HOURS to get here, and you make them wait for no reason

⚠️SHOW SOME RESPECT!! Visitors are not beggars. We are here because we have no choice. Stop treating people like garbage and start acting like professionals

This embassy is a total failure. It’s a shame that we have no choice but to use...

I came here for the attestation of documents for my marriage papers... so you need original and photocopy of Birth Certificate, Relationship and Single Certificates and the copy of Nagarikta and Passport. If all your documents have the stamp of PARARASTRA MANTRALAYA CHAAP, the work is very fast. For one document attestation, you have to pay 6000 yen. So, I paid 18000 yen in total. With the stamp of embassy, now I can go to Kuyakusho 区役所 for 婚姻届. The work was very fast and very well behaving Nepali person. Thank you sir. And then, I also processed for the Renewal of passport, which needs online typed Application form ( 2 forms ) , copy of Nagarikta and Passport. For this also you have to pay 18000 yen, but it takes pretty long time .... 2 months. But, good to know the work will be done.... if you don’t want to go to Embassy to take your new passport , you can ask them to send you via post, like 着払い。。。 it was a pleasant feeling to have my work accomplished.... just collect all your documents as demanded, trust me ... the Nepal Embassy...

Better go to hell Nepal embassy. Shame on you what You are doing for here. Nepal embassy is not even receiving phone call . I can’t take appointment for pre enrollment my passport going to expire soon . So many unseen back dalal ( agent ) here asking for money 4000 to 5000 those living in Japan who think they are very smart and some are even they are from Nepal they can do easily appointments for pre enrollment for japan embassy. But I don’t wan pay 5000 yen for filling the form I can fill up the form myself . Why should I pay to bullshi… dalal ? But we are trying here every day .some times showing slots even we can’t take appointments. Always showing currently we are experiencing high traffic volumes try again later . But later later never come . Are you serious about these dirty thing Nepal government and Nepal embassy?. O my goodness plz be change . We want to see change of Nepal what kind of service you are giving to customers. I want give you -0 star for reviews but still I give 1 star coz...
