During our vacation in Japan, we accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant and wow are we glad we did! It ended up being by far the best meal we had in Japan and quite frankly, probably the best meal of our lives. It is very intimate (just a few seats at the counter) and there is no menu- the chef prepares an omakase tasting menu for you. The chef is very talented- he trained for 10 years to be a sushi chef.
