This was my partner's and my first trip to Tokyo. We feel very fortunate to have chosen this excellent hotel. The location is perfect which is close to station (3 min walk) with beautiful views from the room's windows. The breakfast seafood buffet is the best value I've ever experienced, costing only 3300 yen, which is equivalent to AUD $33. The variety and quality of seafood, side dishes, and desserts are exceptional, and they even have scampi, which is very expensive in Australia. Between 10 PM and 11:30 PM, the restaurant also offers night ramen and four kinds of side dishes that you can mix and match. We stayed on the 13th floor, and on the second morning, I woke up to see the sunrise outside the window. Excitedly, I woke my partner to watch the sun rise together! On the 14th floor, there's an infinity natural hot spring bath with both indoor and outdoor sections. From there, you can see Mount Fuji, Tokyo Tower, and Skytree. The hot spring is completely free, and you can enjoy the beautiful night view while soaking. Downstairs, there's a 7-11 that we loved, where we often bought milk, or rice bowls for breakfast. On the weekend, we stumbled upon a farmers' market downstairs with fresh, sweet tomatoes and strawberries, and delicious strawberry ice cream. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel for anyone planning a trip to Tokyo. Be sure to enjoy all it has to offer! :)

The room I stayed was great. It’s clean and has great view. The ramen and breakfast were great too. They also offer lots of amenities - it would be great if they also provide amenities in the changing room inside of public bath like other dormy inn hotels. I took off my clothes and was trying to find a shower cap in the changing area before entering the bath room. However, there was no amenities section in the changing room, so I gave up. And , after I left the public bath, I noticed they have it in the lobby area on the same floor……. Other downsides are location and staff service . Location- there is no shopping nearby except a 7-11 convenience store which is not open 24 hours. It only opens from 6:30am to 11pm. Staff service- I was traveling with 2 regular size luggages and 1 carry on by myself so it’s too much for me to leave the hotel by train. I asked the staff if she could assist me in calling a taxi. She didn’t even ask me for the destination and just came back to me saying there is no taxi around and then left……… Luckily I have Uber app on my phone, and was able to call a taxi with Uber app.

This is a nice hotel in the middle of the industrial district. The view is beautiful along the bay. Even though it is in the middle of the industrial district, there are still it’s of food places and shores to go to. There are lots of yummy restaurants across the street and konbinis (convenience stores) all over the place. The room is your typical Japanese business hotels where in it is tight and you have your basic needs. They offer snacks and free drinks at the lobby at certain times of the day. Like, there’s Pocari sweat and salty snacks in the evening so that you could replenish your electrolytes after a long day. They were also giving out fans especially on the Hot summer season when we went. The breakfast buffet was amazing! All the Japanese food that you can have: sushi, natto, tempura, grilled fish, rice, chahan, pudding , fresh fruit, western food, miso soups, broths, Japanese kare, cold soba and lots more. Glad we made time for breakfast!! Make time to go to the Onsen at the 14th floor. My wife and daughter went and they had a relaxing time. There’s free ice cream afterwards.

Great views, soothing onsen 🏙️ I have searched for a hotel with a swimming pool in Tokyo, within my budget (below 200 eur/n), it was not an easy task. ♨️ I have selected La Vista, as they have also proposed typical Japanese hot baths, onsen. It was exceptional to try this authentic experience. 🛏️ The comfort of the room and the view over the river was also very pleasant. The check in and check-out were quick and fluid (due to online check-in via forms). 🍽️ I haven't tested other (paid) services : breakfast, swimming pool (2200 yen: person), gym (250 yen/15 mins), spa, shuttle to airport (Haneda, 3 times per day 10:00, 13:55, 16:25, 1000 yen). The location is not central, but I enjoyed the calm. Hospitality is different in Japan than other countries, I would say pro, and a bit cold. 🥪 I enjoyed the 7-eleven meals better than the oasis café. 🚝 The aerial metro line next to the hotel is disconnected from other lines and more expensive, but you can take a bus 05-2 to get to Ginza in 30 minutes.

Big and comfortable room. Facilities are new. There is a marvellous view on the roof top public bath. However, is too small to serve all the customers of the same hotel. Its too crowded that you may need to queue for a locker. I wont suggest my friends to go there during public holidays. My plan included a breakfast set at the cafe ,Oasis , next to the hotel. Its a decent and big breakfast. Salad, pan fired susage and egg, a big Toast and a free flow drink bar. Luckily i didnt take the buffet breakfast set. I like this cafe breakfast. The hotel locates next to the toyosu market. A little bit far from the town center. But its relatively quiet and comfortable.

The Hotel is close to 豐州魚市場. Pros. 1. Room size is big 2. Good price 3. Hot Spa and laundry are available 4. Pay extra for buffet breakfast which is good but don't eat every day. Try something else outside. 5. Free ramen noodles after 10 pm. 6. Close to convenience store 7. Walking distance to TeamLab and Fish Market 8. Hot Spa on the top floor, good view to watch from the top. Cons. 1. Walk 9 minutes to take 20 minutes bus to Tokyo JR Station 2. The Hotel is very crowded due to the price and goodies. Weekdays will be a bit better. You know, Tokyo is a crowded city.
