Ahhh…!! Issei ramen! 🍜 The first time I had their ramen was in Toritsudaigaku when I was 16. The taste of the broth was the same, and hasn’t changed for years. This store is located in Futako-Tamagawa and is the flagship store. Most ramen stores are not unique in their broth and flavor - Issei Ramen definitely stands out - and is softer on the palate. The stock is mostly derived from Japanese broth stock like Kombu etc. The world changes, I change, but Issei Ramen's taste does not change.

This place is my family's favorite Ramen place in Tokyo. Each of their Ramen is unique and tasty, and the Gyoza and pork are excellent. Highly recommend. The chefs are very polite and quick to serve. Reasonbly priced. And you don't have to wait for too long either.
