天王公園はこの周辺で育った人であれば一度は遊んだことがある公園だと思います。 公園は広く、遊具も多くあり、週末は家族連れで朝から夕方まで多く訪れていて大人気のレジャースポットになっています。 特に夏場は岩場から滝のように水が流れてプール化するため大混雑していて、子供達がキャーキャー言いながら楽しそうに水遊びをしています。 公園側の奥は緑豊かで割と静かなスペースもあります。お年寄りが日向ぼっこをしたり、談笑の場になっていたり、ラジオ体操の会場になっていたり、老若男女問わず愛されている公園です。 公園にはトイレもあり、タクシーの運転手さんや宅急便の配達員さんも使用しているようです。公園前には飲み物やアイスの自販機もあります。
