Daikichiyama, the sacred sites of Hibike Euphonium. The place where kumiko and reina has all the ups and downs of their friendship and all of the life changing moment.

Getting here is quite easy but definitely still needs an effort of around 30 minutes hike at slow pace, you will be awarded with very grandeur view of uji and kyoto city from a far. Staying here for 30 minutes or more to fully immersed in the atmosphere and reminiscence of all important scenes in the series.

As a kumiko fan, this feels so surreal being here - to feels the struggle, honesty, and interraction between her and kousaka. The wind breeze, calm atmosphere, cicadas sounds, and clear summer sky enhancing the...

A nice place away from the crowd. It's has a nice view of the town below. It's popular with local people staying in the are and having an evening walk. There's a toilet and gazebo at the top of the hill. The hill is not steep and it's well marked but can be slippery when wet. You can start from the Daikichiyama trail on the west and then follow the trail of Asahiyama (where this castle ruin is) and finish at the Kosoji temple on the east- or vise versa. beautiful view! i went here because of my love for the anime hibike euphonium as it is a spot in one of the episodes. it was a breathtaking view, the hike up takes about 15-20 mins but it is a gradual slope so not too hard at all. make sure to use a flashlight if going up at night as there are no lights on the way to the observation deck. when u went there were about 5 other people enjoying the view...
