As with most of Jordan, if you're traveling during the cold months, be prepared to leave the AC on full heat blast, since there is no central heating to speak of.
In our experience, the hotel was fine, with a lovely staff, comfortable rooms and good facilities. There are, however, some quirks you should be aware of. One of them was the window to our bathroom, that offered a panoramic view from the bed. While it had rolling blinds and wasn't an inconvenience, it was still a strange thing to have. In addition to that, during our one night stay, water kept accumulating on the bathroom floor and we couldn't tell where it came from. Also to note is that the elevator didn't really show the floor you were on and to get from it to the restaurant, you have to walk outside, across the roof terrace. Speaking of the restaurant, the breakfast we had as an extra was bland and not really anything special.
