I've been going to this theater a long time and it will be my official last. It's gone downhill big time. They didn't open on time today and said it wouldn't be open until 1130am. The Manager didn't even know there was an 1130am show time for Beetlejuice and people were waiting at the doors wondering what was happening. Food wasnt ready, no ice ready, no CO2 for pop, no Beetlejuice buckets, no artificial butter in dispenser, no menu screens were open to see menu, it was wild. Two floor staff and one concession member were rattled at 11:15 am. I walked into theater 6 and it smelled so bad. It's chairs reeked and we're torn apart and duck taped on most armrests and foot pads. It didn't feel clean. Sat down and the chair was slanted and warped and dropped to the right side when raised to recline. This theater needs a serious refresh and deep clean because it smells like a locker room. Please know your movie times cause we almost missed it. Also please shut the theater door to #6 it was bright inside...
Read moreI generally really like Landmark and it's often my first choice for a theatre. Today however, I am extremely disappointed. I'm a support worker and the staff before me went early with a person I support to buy tickets for Avengers. Unfortunately I cannot use his access card (a card that allows his support staff to go in free) online so they have to go in person. When they got there, there were only 2 seats together that were left so we got them, or at least intended to but the staff did not know what to do with the access card and needed to get a manager. It took them awhile to figure it out but by the time they did the seats were gone and all they could offer them were two seats far apart (this person cannot sit alone). I'm disappointed, you should train your staff adequately so that they know how to service people with disabilities or at the very least hold the seats while you're figuring it out....

Bought a large and saw i could get a refill. Went to the counter and told I needed to wait in line for a refill. Got to the counter and was asked if i had a membership, honestly didn’t really understand at first and said im not sure. She said i needed one and walked away to grab a small bag for popcorn and filling it while talking to me away from the counter. Couldn’t really hear what she was saying and already missing the movie I just crumpled my bag and walked back in the movie.
I think with having to wait 10 min then barely given 10 seconds at the counter to figure out if my account is a membership would have been great. After looking up what she was talking about I am a member. Everyone is a member if you created one online.
