Came in here the first time and ordered the dosa and it did not disappoint, however when I the food came out it was on a tray. And when I told the lady that I had said it was for takeout she disagreed which is very unnecessary. I definitely ordered it for takeout I am a very aware and considerate person that it is why I left a $5 tip for a $16 meal. I then came in a few days later with my fiance to sit inside and try the beverages that they glorify. My fiance ordered the nostalgic Nutella and it was delicious. However I decided for something for refreshing so I ordered a simple very berry smoothie and I gave them a tip as always do to support workers in this day and age. I was very excited for this smoothie and when I tried it tasted like water. I thought I was trippin so I told my fiance to try it and she said the same thing. I told the worker that the smoothie tasted like water. And looked at me with a confused and I was just as confused as she was. So I told her to make it sweeter or add fruit or something cause I wasnt going to drink thick water. She took the smoothie and returned 15sec later which concerned me cause it was so fast. I took a sip of the smoothie and told my fiance that the water was better. My smoothie now tasted like a flower with syrup. At this point I was so frustrated and did not even care I just wanted to leave. But my fiance is a savage and she took that flower smoothie and told the workers that the smoothie tastes horrible and asked if there is something they can do. I then go over and let the worker know that I make smoothies every now and then and I have never been disappointed. It’s fairly simple. He then goes on to say very rudely that the smoothie has almond milk and that makes the flavour which is what caused the issue. I’ve made smoothies with almond milk and that is definitely not the issue. He very rudely told me that I was wrong and that the smoothie didnt taste like how I described it. While saying this he couldn’t even look me in the eye. What a disappointment, the name of the place has shakes therapy I didnt know it meant that I needed to go get therapy after having a terrible smoothie and customer service experience. I hope they can see this review and make some changes to not only there bland smoothies but also there terrible customer support. Remember this dosa/shake therapy the customer is...

The dosas are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, filled with just the right amount of flavorful masala. Every bite bursts with freshness and spice, reminding me of traditional homestyle cooking.
The shakes are equally impressive, thick, creamy, and made with high-quality ingredients. They perfectly balance the spice of the dosas, making the meal complete.
