I had a very bad experience at this location. We had a bought meals and ice cream. We asked to wait and get the ice cream after. My husband went up to get the ice cream, as he was done eating first. The server asked what we got. He told her what he had gotten and then said I had a chocolate sundae. He was wrong, as I had ordered a hot fudge sundae. She did look at the receipt to view sizes and such. She made the items and then he brought them to the table. I took a couple bites and knew immediately that it wasn't what I had ordered. It was a chocolate sundae, not hot fudge. I took it back up to the server and told her as much as I hated to be wasteful I didn't get what I ordered and I wasn't satisfied. I wasn't at all rude. I simply said, this is a chocolate sundae and I ordered a hot fudge sundae. She said, "Well he said chocolate." I explained again that it didn't matter what he said, because I had ordered hot fudge and she would see that if she looked at the receipt. She looked at the receipt and after doing so said the exact same thing with even more attitude. Then I looked at her dumbfounded and said, "So, you're not going to replace it is what you're telling me?" She again replied with the same response very rudely. My jaw dropped and I walked away in disbelief. I am not one to complain and I did it in a nice manner. She was so rude and completely unprofessional! I stewed about the whole situation for a couple days and then I called because it was still bothering me. The girl who answered listened to my complaint and I was calm and nice with her over the phone. She was also nice. She said she would pass my name and info along to the owner who called me back the same night. He wanted to hear what happened again, so I told him. He said he would give me and free small hot fudge sundae andnds I had ordered...nothing more....nothing less. I'm not greedy, but it should have been replaced that day without any question. All he was willing to do was to replace my exact order and he even out stipulations on it saying I should come when he was working which was during mostly evenings as he informed me. I got off the phone with him still annoyed about the whole thing. It is not about the ice cream. It is the principle. Needless to say I have not been back since and will be very unlikely to ever return to this...

The girl asked what we ordered instead of looking for herself on the receipt and started to make what he said, later looking at the receipt. He had called my sundae a chocolate sundae instead of hot fudge. I didn't hear this from where I was sitting. He brought the ice cream over and I could immediately tell that it was not hot fudge. I NEVER bring stuff back even if I am slightly dissatisfied, but this time I did. It wasn't what I ordered and I wanted what I ordered plain and simple. I went back to the counter and the girl working refused to exchange it for the proper sundae saying that he said chocolate. I explained that if she looked at the receipt that was sitting right in front of her she would see that it said hot fudge. She looked at it, but still refused to make me a new sundae. I sat down and ate a few bites so it wasn't a complete waste, but threw away most of it. I of course called in to speak to a manager about my experience and the best he was willing to do was replace my sundae with a free small hot fudge sundae, but then there were stipulations as to when I could go get It, as it had to be when he was working which was mostly in the evenings. Are you kidding me? I explained to him that it wasn't about the ice cream. It was about the way I was treated. He didn't get it at all and repeated himself that I could redeem my sundae when he was working. I hung up the phone very unhappy and I will never return to this...
Read moreI have had only had 3 visits to this location, and all 3 have been negative. All 3 of my visits took place over a span of over a year (VERY spaced out and infrequent) and all 3 of my visits have involved the same young man who works there. I always order the same thing - a kids size vanilla soft serve in a cup with lots of sprinkles. I am always happy to pay for my request of extra sprinkles. First visit: barely any sprinkles. I ask him to please put more - I said that I like a lot of sprinkles. He adds a touch more. I ask him to please add more sprinkles. He says sorry, I can’t give you any more. I was not given the option to pay more at my first visit. I was simply refused the requested service. Second visit: same young man at the drive through window this time. Same order. I send back my order twice requesting more sprinkles. He comes to the window and asks me to pay another $2ish, I do. I get my sprinkles. Third (and final) visit: I check my receipt and see that, on top of the $5.29 I have paid for my soft serve, this same young man has decided to charge me $4.80 for about 1 tablespoon of sprinkles. I demand a refund of $3.00, which was given to me, but not until this same young man told me “I charged you the same as last time”. (He remembered me from MONTHS ago somehow). I told him that last time he charged me about $2.00 for sprinkles. He insisted that he charged me $4.80. How he remembers this, I have no idea. I guess all I have to say about that is he’s lucky I didn’t notice that time because if I had then I would have demanded a refund then as well.
