Chicken Fingers for the price point were very good: $9.99 for three chicken-like-tenders with potatoes wedges included and a dipping sauce of your choice. Breading on the chicken is soft, not too crunchy, and the pepper seasoning adds a very unique flavour that I have not seen replicated anywhere else. I would definitely go back to try their variety of sauces/dips and possibly their wings. The gentleman that served us was kind enough to bring our order to the car once it was ready. An order takes approximately 15-20 minutes to make as it is freshly made. Their website ordering system appears to be fairly simple to use which I do appreciate. The only thing I would change is make the potato wedges little bit more salty. P.S. Picked up our Father’s Day order yesterday at the new London location. The staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable and the new storefront was spotless. When we got home, we were all thrilled as the wings and appetizers were excellent! We used to love Wings Up when we lived in Milton nine years ago and they did not disappoint!! Update…just ordered delivery last night (January 6, 2024). We had a cheat night and ordered wings, jalapeno poppers and deep fried pickles and all the food arrived on time and hot and fresh. Ok lets try an actual honest unbiased review. Tried WingUp for the very first time. The service was outstanding. Great customer service, the staff are well trained and you can tell that they care about what they are doing.

The food was hot and fresh. So why the one star? The wedges included in the meal are tasteless. Hot and crispy but powdery on the inside. They are using poor quality potatoes. The wings were hot and fresh BUT, these are wings that spent too much time sitting in water during processing. This makes for a poor quality product.

I sincerely hope this franchisee doesn’t have his life savings dumped into this brand, he looks like he’s doing everything he can to be successful. Unfortunately he’s being let down by WingsUp...
