Updated post: we went back 2 days later and had a great experience early in the day. Everyone was exceptional at helping us buy arcade credits and Lazer tag games. Great experience. Could have been an off day. We had a frustrating experience yet, with assistance from associate, Cole, we solved some of our issues. We purchased the "Park hopper" 5 attraction pass which can be used at either Xtreme and Lazerport. We used 2 attractions at Xtreme and attempted to use our other 3 at Lazerport. We were in a group of 8 and 1 of our cards wouldn't scan the remaining 3 attractions. One of our members had to miss our Lazer tag game to try to talk with the front desk about the problem. The front desk repeatedly shut down our problem and said we would have to drive back to Xtreme to figure it out and discuss our issues with Xtreme because they wouldn't and couldn't help us there at Lazerport with anything since our cards were purchased at the other location. We only had a limited amount of time to use our attractions that evening due to some of our kids. We were unable to use 3 attractions purchased from one of our cards. Cole heard us discussing our problems with the cards and attractions and offered to hear us out and asked how he could help. He took us over to the front desk to try to discuss the issue with the front desk and she immediately said "I already told them they have to talk to Xtreme because we can't do anything." No apologies. no discussions. No hearing us out. Just an agitated tone sending us away. Cole apologized to us again for our issues and offered us a complimentary mini golf game for our troubles. We felt heard and even though he couldn't fix our card. Cole is a 5 star employee with great customer service skills. Park hopper purchasers beware!! They can't or won't communicate between locations! Not to mention the 3rd "Park hopper" location is closed. Picture of sign included for explanation of advertisement for the "Park hopper" The only reason this is a 3 star review is because of Cole. He truly tried his best and heard us out.

I've been coming to Pigeon Forge for a long time and really had drove right by this place without giving it much thought. We may have been there some or maybe a couple times, I barely remember. Anyways, we decided today to go do some go cart racing and wanted something extra to go with it. It was really fun!! For $30 (plus tax), we got to choose 5 attractions, from this location plus two or three others. We also were given $5 credit to the very super expensive arcade. I was probably more disappointed with that than anything else because there's no reason for that when people are just trying to have a good time. The laser tag was done very well and was about the right length of time. The black light mini golf was outstanding!!! Whomever designed that was brilliant and I appreciated the nostalgia with plinko! The cannon hole is super creative, too. We didn't go to the go cart track there, but choose to go to the other track on down the Parkway on the left. My friend's daughter go to drive her own go cart on the kiddy track and there were two other tracks there. Way fun!! I'm really concerned about the wood parts, though. They really don't seem that sturdy, to be honest. Overall, decent price for all the things. I did appreciate the arcade staff with the prizes getting on the kid level.

This was my family’s first time visiting (family of five. kids; 5,7, &9) we were told that if we bought the wristband (blue one with numbers 1-5) that we would be able to use it at their other two locations (xtream racing, and speed zone fun park) or if we didn’t get through everything that we would be able to come back the next day and they would still be honored. The next day we decided to visit speed zone fun park where we quickly learned that there was no such location and that it had been torn down.. so we moved on and tried to visit xtream Racing and we were not able to participate since there was no double karts. After arriving back at lazer point fun center we notified one of the employees behind the counter of the situation and only received a “sorry.” However, it wasn’t till a little later into our visit that we were told if we want we could trade in our last number (#5 from the wristband) for a $10 arcade card. On top of that one of the guests leaving gave us their all-day pass bands and we were able to ride as much as we wanted, on top of that!! The gentleman behind the counter gave my son $27 arcade card!! (when they are only supposed to be $10) How nice! Overall experience was not that bad, although it would have been nice to have updated information about how your wristbands work, or maybe train all staff to give out the same information to minimize blaming others. I mean even the sign above their go-karts states they have three locations to visit…. Update your info for new visitors!

We will absolutely be back to this location. The Lazer tag was SO fun and exhausting (8 minutes sounds short but it's not while you're in it!), putput was really cute but there were too many people in front of and behind us so there was a lot of pressure 😅, the games are fun, but a bit more expensive than another arcade we tried (but this location had some unique games that we didn't see at other locations). We had an absolute blast and got the wristbands that have you pick 5 things to do. We did 4 Lazer tag games and one putput golf game.We didn't eat here (we left for fast food and came back) and we didn't try the go karts but we heard lots of people enjoyed the go karts even in the cold! We think next time we come back we'll get a park hopper pass and try more of their locations too! I'd also really like to add the art work on, around, and in the building is incredible and that may have been my favorite part (but Lazer tag was seriously so fun)!! The cashier was so nice and explained quite a few things to us, the referee for Lazer tag was stressed out but super nice even when people argies with her about their time being up or something. Staff was great.

The kids all voted to go to this place after spending a long day driving around and doing other activities. The main point of interest, of course, was the laser tag. It's a fifteen minute session that costs roughly thirteen dollars a person. Remember that this is going to have all ages in it, so if you're not comfortable with adults running and potentially knocking your kid down, this might not be for you. We didn't participate in the golf so I cannot say anything about it. The arcade section was what I was chasing. When I was younger, I remember stepping into cold dark arcades with twenty dollars that would give me at least an hour and a half worth of game time. They offer game cards but if you don't have twenty-five to fifty dollars for each individual, don't bother. Some of the games are $3.50 per play. The staff was very helpful and didn't try to push or sell anything that was unnecessary. The game selection wasn't that diverse. It was mostly just claw machines that were overpriced.

First things first lazer port fun center has a wide variety of things for you and your family to indulge in. For example they have lazer tag, indoor blacklight mini golf, and a roller coaster go-kart track, as well as axe throwing, not to mention food like hot dogs and chicken strips and a ice cream and milk shake stand i would suggest getting the big alien cup for 7.49 because it comes with .99 refills coca cola products or slushie. They have deals going from 29$ per person that includes a 5$ game card and five attractions tickets and from there they have more expensive park hopper passes. Another cool thing is you have the options to buy some of there ticket prizes for cash albeit there a little on the pricey side its still an option. Now the one big turn off for me was the prices for the games in the arcade i felt as tho they were a little inflated. But other than that we had a great time for less than 100$ definitely worth checking out so good luck and have fun at lazerport fun center
