Wheel chair accessible with some challenges. (Lift allows for wheelchairs to be taken up rooftop to play as well!) TIP Park in the back for more space and a cute photo op on the building. If you like putt putt, candy, adventure, ice cream, ty beanies, bowling, pez, jelly belly, slushies, escape rooms, personalized ice cream cups, claw machines with Mario toys, selfies, massage chairs, & escaping the heat...then this is the perfect place for you! This place was so much dang fun. Our toddlers begged us to visit this place every.single.time we passed it. Took our BOGO free mini golf coup and headed for it when it was extremely hot outside. Haley was the gal who explained everything to us. They have a deal for add-on activities like mini bowling which was fun. (We wanted to try the escape rooms but our kids were too young to really enjoy it and one was a zombie theme.)The course was almost too easy but the spinner game at the beginning of each hole made it so much more competitive and challenging & entertaining. The mini bowling was harder than it looks because the balls do not have finger holes and the pins seem to be solid wood. We hit the rooftop and skimmed through the course. We purchased a Crave ice cream cup with tons of unlimited free toppings afterwards. There is a fun penny press machine that requires .51 if you happen to collect those. *(There is a 10% off coup in the score card for candy treats as well.) It can be pricey for putt putt and everything but you could easily spend 3-5 hours having a blast. Saw lots of folks of all ages laughing and enjoying themselves. The massage chairs were a bonus touch (located to the right of the indoor putt putt entrance)! Highly...

We are here on family vacation, kids are 5, 9, and 10 years old. I found Crave Golf Club online, and whoever does your advertising bravo to them, seriously you should pay them more. Because we were fooled. We arrived and its like a haphazard, juxtaposition of random candy decor thrown together in hopes of having a fun candy filled time. The amount of money paid to play both courses was ridiculous, we have mini golf courses back home that cost less and are a lot more fun. Yea, some of these holes were challenging for kids, but obstacles of any sort nonexistent. There were random kids without adult supervision running around jumping in front of people playing, not waiting for others to finish before playing. One of the kids hit their golf ball (the wrong direction) and almost hit my kid. I did go to customer service, and the kids were taken care of and asked to leave. And the worker did come and apologize for what happened and let us know the kids were told to leave. My kids were disappointed by the both courses, we will not return, and definitely won't recommend to anyone. We looked at buying tickets online and there's a cash total and a card total listed. That are obviously two different prices, and you can't pay cash online, right? No big deal we'll go buy tickets in person for the cash price, right? Wrong! We showed up to buy tickets and it was $10 MORE (even with a coupon)than even that card price online and when we asked about that, we were told they can't honor the online price. That probably should have been our clue to walk out and try somewhere, anywhere else. Unfortunately, we should have gone...

The customer service from one of the young men wasn't great. I'm not sure if my charges was accurate. There isn't a scale present to weigh your purchase, you have to go on the word of the cashier. My sister and I purchased candy with approximately the same amount of weight. My cashier charged me $14.00 and her cashier charged her $4.00. I tried to see and measure the difference, if I could've of weighed it, I would've felt more comfortable. It wasn't really the price, because I paid it (and were prepared to pay it), but if we're purchasing the same item, with the same approximate weight, there shouldn't have been a $10.00 difference. In addition to that, his customer service wasn't great, he was too cocky, and act as if he was in total control to adjust the pricing as he see fit. When I find my receipt, I will update this post with his name, or revisit the facility before our trip in to get it (I hope he's working that day). Other than that, it was a really nice and clean facility. The pricing is according to a tourist price and what you would expect to pay. The other staff appeared nice and friendly as they should when working in customer service. The bad experience wouldn't prevent me from returning (considering I visit this place 1 1/2 years ago on a...

Mediocre mini golf, but the extras keep it from getting a 1-star rating. There are much better mini golf places just in this part of Pigeon Forge. (Fantasy Golf and Prof. Hackers). The indoor course is fine, it's really easy. The outdoor course is not worth the price though. It's hard in a bad way. There is nothing wrong with obstacles and challenges, those can be fun. A slope that sends the ball yards away from the hole or, even worse, back to the beginning is not fun. The outdoor course had an overabundance of those kinds of holes. The spinning wheel at the beginning of each hole that adds challenges is neat, but there are other mini golf places that have them. The candy theming is a neat idea, but it's not fully realized on the courses. The mini-bowling was nice. It's fun if you're not good at regular bowling. But the game is much faster. I haven't heard anything bad about the escape rooms, and Crave has a nice candy store. But outside of mini-bowling, Crave doesn't have anything you can't experience somewhere else at Pigeon Forge. There are an abundance of escape rooms and candy stores, and plenty of better places to play putt putt.

This place was so fun - you could probably spend the whole day here, especially if you have kids. We are big kids at heart so we definitely loved it. If you like breakout rooms and/or mini bowling, go with the packages. You get more bang for your buck. We played 2 rounds of putt putt and wished we had also gotten a breakout room. They paid close attention to detail when designing the space...even the air vents say "chocolate" and are painted brown so the indoor space feels fully emerged in the candy theme. The outdoor course pumps out cotton candy scent while you play, which was a fun touch too. It's a nice option to have an indoor and outdoor course too for rainy or freezing days. Overall, was fun and challenging for our group of adults. As a kid I probably would have freaked out and asked my parents to take me every day 🤣
