White Pebble Beach, turquoise water, calm beautiful waves! For a free public restroom to change and use the toilet visit the free public Jbeil park just up the road! I came here in November on Independence Day and had the beach practically to myself. What a glorious day! Yes, the beach could be cleaner, but it was still very nice. When I came in the morning about 11 AM, there were no cafés open, and it was too late in the year for any thing to rent, but being here with God and the sea was the best! It is a free place, and I walked here from Byblos. The water is absolutely amazing. Come away by yourself and rest here a while.

A very nice public beach in Byblos/Jbeil. The municipality has done a great job cleaning the beach. You can rent chairs for 5K LBP each..and order some food and drinks as well from a small snack or even order food from any nearby restaurant in the city (they do deliver). The beach is clean but relaltively small..its not a sandy beach so make sure you bring aqua shoes when visiting. Also..i should not that this is a family beach as indicated on the entrance ..just for those wandering :). I do recommend this place though for those looking to spend a nice day by the beach.

Well its a pebble beach. It cant be perfect no matter what. They do a good job with it. Keeping it clean. But some glass and metal sink through the pebbles resulting to feet injury if not careful. Ill advice you get some rubber shoes to walk with. Its a free beach. Payments are made for using umbrella or seats. There are also restaurants located around the beach area. Umbrella and seats cost 5000 LL ($3) on weekdays and 7000 LL ($5) on weekends. Waves are nice and big. It gets deep quickly. Its clean compair to other free beach.

I have so many memories on the shore of this beach. During summertime, you can see beautiful sunsets from there. I love to sit there as the waves crush on the small rocks of the shore. If you are lucky, you can find a few small sea shells as you sit there. During winter time, this shore should be cleaned and should not be left to clean itself.

Very nice place to spend holidays. In summer, police stand guard by the beach and ensure visitors do not carry alcohol on the beach. The scenery is very beautiful when you see the sunset here. The beach is clean and the sand is white. Kind of well-maintained beach. Next door is a historical place, Byblos Castle.

a clean, well preserved and maintained public beach. The sea side is long enough for the kids to enjoy the place. Friends and family members can have picnic by either using the local kiosk or by bringing their own chairs and tables. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. . . . ... . . . ..... . ... . ... . .
