Avoid Vilnius University at All Costs – Dishonest Admissions Process!
If you're considering applying to Vilnius University, DON’T—unless you enjoy wasting your time and money on a misleading, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent admissions process. Their website clearly does NOT list A-Levels as a requirement for my course (Information Systems and Cyber Security), yet they rejected my application for not having them. If they suddenly decided to enforce hidden requirements, why not mention them in the first place?
To make it worse, they had no problem taking my €100 application fee before rejecting me for a requirement they never listed. Their communication is an absolute joke. What really made the visit memorable was the sense of being part of something timeless — a place where generations have gathered to learn, debate, and create. Vilnius University is not just an educational institution; it is a living monument to...

Vilnius University is the oldest university in the Baltic states, and one of the oldest and most famous in Northern Europe.

We enter to the Old Campus from the the open Library Courtyard. From this courtyard, among other things, the Observatory Tower can be seen.
On the spire of the Observatory Tower, the Jesuit university founders placed an IHS monogram of Jesus.
At the Centre of Lithuanian Studies is the fresco The Seasons of the Year (painted in 1976-1984) with motifs from Baltic mythology, painted by...
