The food is nice but service is terrible. Obviously the processes are not set up correctly. I know it is in many places in LT that bartenders ignore customer that is waiting like the person does not exist. Maybe it is because they’re scared of people. Just put a smile on your face and greet the people around you. Like, you’re the host of the place, not a slave or robot. There was glass of milk on the menu but I was told that I cannot have it because there is no such thing as just milk (?!!!). After I pointed it on the menu I was told I will not get it because bar maid does not know that this option exists. Obviously there was milk in my coffee so it’s not that there was lack of milk in the kitchen. The person who prepared bagels looked completely lost arount different types of small dishes and didn’t know what to do with bagel orders. Worth mentioning there was back to school celebration nearby so more people were coming in so maybe usually they’re ok when there aren’t many people around. But when I came the customer flow was not yet terrible, there were several vacant tables. It’s not complicated guys, you’re in service business, the service is as important as...
Read moreThe kindest staff I’ve ever seen in Lithuania! She prepared everything by herself (which is very tiring and stressful) but still has the most wonderful smile on her face. Such a shame that you can only give five stars for service on google map. Personally I would give her 10 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had the soup with bagel deal, which was absolutely delicious and amazing. I believe the soup I had is the zucchini soup. It’s perfectly flavorful and with the sunflower seeds inside, it’s even tastier! The bagel I chose was the ham and cheese. The bagel itself was soft inside but crispy outside. The ham, sliced cheese, cream cheese and salads were such a harmony! For drink I had tea with milk. It’s also a perfect match with the meal. I truly enjoyed...
Read moreWent there for lunch as I am working near by. Lunch option (soup+bagel) is overpriced as the size of both are quite small. Plus there was no music so had to listen to other people conversations. Which wouldn’t be as bad as what surprised me the most.. The manager or administrator had an interview with a candidate next to all the customers. No confidentiallity for the candidate, plus hearing all internal things (as “salad has to look good”, nothing about the taste, lol) and more other topics. Felt awkward and tried to leave faster so the candidate has more personal space (as I was sitting like half meter away). So it’s a no no...
