15 things to do in Vilnius! SAVE THEM NOW! @govilnius was probably one of the most surprising cities I visited this year! It’s super easy access from anywhere, cheap, absolutely stunning, big enough for a long relaxing weekend with some lovely foodie experiences on top of that! This city is definitely one to watch and here are 15 reasons why you should visit Vilnius as soon as possible! . • Stroll through the Jewish ghetto • Climb on top of the Bell Tower for a panoramic view of the city. • Explore the beautiful Pilies St. • Stop at Literatu street for the literature wall. • Go on a church marathon across the city • Climd on top of the gediminas Tower • Stay at the Artagonist Hotel • Grab a beer by the river. • Visit the 2D cafe • Try some of the best food at Paupys Market • Stop at Kitchen Coffee for some of the best pastries in town. • Make a wish in front of the cathedral bell tower. • Attend the Pink Soup Festival • Visit the independent constitution of Uzupis • Book yourself at Džiaugsmas for an incredible dinner experience. . Nestled snugly in the heart of Vilnius, Kitchen Coffee is a charming discovery that serves up a delightful morning feast. This cosy breakfast spot packs a real punch when it comes to tantalising flavours and dishes that set your day on the right track. One fine morning, my wife and I set out to explore this lovely gem. Our breakfast adventure included eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, and, of course, a comforting cuppa. As we tucked into our plates, the sourdough bread stole the show, treating our taste buds to a hearty embrace. Every mouthful was a testament to the art of simple pleasures done exceedingly well. The eggs, prepared with meticulous finesse and just the right seasoning, were a true testament to the kitchen's skill. Our coffee, a veritable symphony of flavours, arrived in beautiful vessels that warmed both our hands and hearts. With the sun casting a golden glow on the cobbled streets, we savoured every bite and sip, enjoying the historic ambience that surrounded us. Stepping into Kitchen Coffee is akin to stepping into a friend's cosy living room. The naturally inviting interior design sets the perfect scene for a leisurely morning. It's a place where time slows down, conversations flow freely, and the worries of the day melt away. The ambience is more than just an accompaniment to breakfast; it's an invitation to soak in the warmth and savour the moments. Amidst the tempting desserts, we hesitated, enticed by their fresh allure. Alas, the price gave us pause. Nevertheless, this minor hiccup couldn't overshadow the overall experience. Our morning was a splendid medley of wonderful food, delightful company, and an atmosphere that felt like a warm embrace. However, I must mention a small hiccup: a couple of people were smoking right next to us as we tried to enjoy our breakfast and coffee. Thankfully, they didn't linger, and we later learned that they were part of the staff. While it was a bit surprising, perhaps the staff could be more considerate of customers next time. Despite this, our morning remained lovely, though it would have been immaculate without their smoke wafting towards us. Kitchen Coffee Vilnius went beyond our expectations, earning a special place in our list of preferred breakfast haunts. As we bid adieu, we left with a promise of return, eager for the next chapter of our enchanting rendezvous in this culinary oasis.

A hidden alley conceals a gem, A place you will visit again. For brunch and coffee need, To the atmosphere you concede. From the staples to the new, Try the dishes at least a few. From the tradition of a waffle, To the toast made with truffle. All is great, as is the brew, Brazil, Ethiopia, it's up to you. Enjoy the day. It starts here anew, Kitchen Coffee awaits with morning bedew. What a lovely little cafe with an amazing selection of coffee and brunch options. I was taken away by their shakshouka, which I might consider to be the best in town, compiting with 1 other. There is no spice! Let that be clear. But a subtle sweetness. The sourdough is amazing and suits the dish well. The herbs could be more fresh, as they seemed to have seen better days. Their batch brew was such delight! But the best of all is the warm staff, who welcomes you and makes the day a delight! It gets quite busy, so take that into account. But it's worth it.

It was our favorite place, we love the coffee here, but the last time we went with my wife and mother-in-law, we had a terrible experience with the service. When they brought the first part of our order, it was incorrect (which we understand—mistakes happen). However, instead of fixing the order, they tried to blame my wife, insisting that she had ordered incorrectly. We were there and heard her repeat the order twice, so we knew she had said it correctly. Rather than simply correcting the mistake, they acted as if we had to accept the incorrect order. Eventually, they agreed to change it.

When the second part of our order arrived, it was also wrong, and the same situation happened again. The whole experience was very unpleasant.

*Today at approximately 12:30, both waitresses...
