DO NOT TRUST THEIR WARRANTY POLICY.
When it comes to sales, many staffs will try to chase you or ‘help’ send to counter though they didn’t help you recommend or assist you in anything. Sure, that’s fine. Let me break it down my first time trying to claim warranty:-
Bought a powerbank on 9th June. Sales person wasn’t so helpful & won’t even offer to check items before proceeding to payment counter. We demanded it to be checked. Fine. The first time I used the ports, seems to be fine. No problem. Looks good. Today (30th June) is the first time I’m trying the lights outside the shop & the button won’t work. My husband Brought to the shop to claim warranty (warranty 3 months mah). The first staff actually DAMAGED the powerbank by pushing the button using a PEN. - the ‘HUMAN DAMAGE’ done by PC Image staff as per photo. Second staff (Roddy)who ‘assisted’ us decided it is HUMAN DAMAGE. So cannot claim warranty lah kan? But it was THEIR staff who pushed it in with a pen. Then he has the face to ask us ‘kenapa nda hantar awal2?’ After arguing & Roddy checked with his boss, they decided to allow us to claim warranty by filling up a form.
HERE’S THE CATCH:- He said, boleh isi borang & kami hold sama hantar sama warranty. Dapat kasi bagus atau tidak tu nda tau lah.
So for what lah your warranty? Fine. I asked him the TIMELINE for them to check. His simple answer was they don’t know. There’s no SOP or anything that could give you a gist of how the procedures go. He just gave us the warranty dept’s number for us to check ourselves. My job meh?
Decided it’s not worth our time or headache. Already paid for the item but losing the time and convenience to use for how long AND he also say don’t know whether they can repair it. So what’s the point? What kind of warranty policy is this?
I’m a very loyal customer of PC image for YEARS because they have the stuffs I need.
My advice, dear consumers, bring your business elsewhere. Their shop warranty policy is worthless.
Oh. There was not even one ‘sorry’ for the inconveniences related to the problem that arised from the item bought from their shop or the fact that their warranty benefit...

I brought my PC to this place to check why it couldn't turn on. Initially, the staff told me the problem was with the power supply. The technician who checked my PC also said it was the power supply. To confirm, he used their own power supply to test my PC.
However, during the test, my GPU suddenly burned out with smoke coming out of it. When I asked why this happened, the technician blamed the GPU itself, changing his story and saying it was never the power supply. I felt like they accidentally damaged my GPU but refused to admit it.
I questioned him, saying, "Are you sure it's the GPU? If I buy a new GPU and the power supply is still the problem, then it's clear the GPU was never the issue, right?" He avoided giving a clear answer and claimed he couldn't confirm because my PC is outdated. He kept insisting I need to buy a new PC.
Before this, my GPU worked fine for many years with no problems. I asked for a guarantee that replacing the GPU would solve the issue, but he refused to commit, giving more excuses about my PC being old. It felt like they were just trying to avoid responsibility for burning my GPU.
From initially blaming the power supply to blaming the GPU, then saying the entire PC was outdated, the story kept changing. It was clear they were trying to cover up their mistake.
This was my worst experience ever on my first visit to this place. I even overheard him talking to his boss, but the boss also acted like nothing happened. No compensation was offered, and they refused to take responsibility for what they broke.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful if you bring...

Y’all listen👌 this guy Mr Jackson s superb..am highly recommend him bcz of his excellent in his PR..fast n furious haha in his job (we closed deal d next day with my dearie SIL paying him right in person👍)bluntly yt honest..to me his ability to confidently maintain customer trust is d most important and absolutely key of success in sailing n buying bcz hello don’t we must honour wat hv by promises..?
