Very bad service, 5 days ago i paid with Touch n Go and deducted my balance on that day, but they didn’t received it. They said they will refund within 3 days, but i didnt receive it. And i asked “what if i didn’t receive it after 3 days?” They said definitely will get it within 3 days. Then they didn’t say anything anymore. So after 5 days which is today, i didn’t receive any refund. I go to the store, and they asked whether i have receipt or not, i say no, the one serve us didn’t mention want to keep the receipt. Finally, a malay girl refunded me but with very bad attitudes. It irritates me very much, we use smooth tone to talk but what attitude? Is it my problem that i didn’t get my refund? I like that it's possible to adjust the amount of sugar in the drinks. Staff was very friendly, but kinda unexperienced and bit overwhelmed. Long lines of customer which wasn't their fault. We didn't had to wait long. There was like a supervisor trying to help, but when I read the complaints here, they probably didn't have enough training. Today when i visited their store, the menu card was full of ‘out of stock’ stickers on every listed dessert/drink in the menu. Few weeks back they could upgrade Milk Tea into Large when i purchase and it was the same in most of the Mixue stores that I’ve went to. All of a sudden, now they can’t upgrade it.
