Terrible Safety Standards – Avoid This Indoor Park at All Costs!

We were initially very excited to visit this indoor park, but our experience turned into an absolute nightmare due to the complete lack of safety measures.

Dangerous High-Ropes Course – Faulty Equipment! The high-access obstacles course is approximately 6 meters high, and while participants wear harnesses with safety lines, mine was not properly secured. The carabiner on my safety line wasn’t screwed in properly, meaning it could have dislodged at any moment putting me at risk of a serious fall. To make matters worse, I noticed a child nearby with the same issue! How is this acceptable in a facility catering to families?

No Supervision or Barricades – Anyone Can Climb Unattended! The course has operating hours, yet there were no barricades or "No Entry" signs to prevent access when closed. Shockingly, a foreign visitor (with her child) climbed up unsupervised without any harness or safety line! The staff either didn’t notice or didn’t care.

Ignored Grip Sock Policy – Kids Jumping Dangerously! The park requires grip socks for safety and hygiene, yet two kids were running and jumping between trampolines dangerously barefooted. This exact issue was mentioned in a previous review, proving the management hasn’t addressed it.

Final Verdict: Reckless & Irresponsible This place does not prioritize customer safety. Faulty equipment, zero enforcement of rules, and no supervision make it a hazardous environment especially for kids. Do not waste your money or risk your safety here. We will never return and strongly advise others...

Visited Energy X Park today with my kids and overall, we had a great time! From the moment we reached the cashier counter, we were greeted by a very friendly staff member named Namazie (I hope I spelled that correctly). He was extremely patient in explaining the different packages to us and even though the system was a little slow, the process was smooth thanks to him.

My kids really enjoyed the tube slide, trampoline, and obstacle courses. However, they were a little disappointed that two attractions weren’t available. One was the auto-moving round barrier, which was out of order, and the other was the go-kart.. we saw a sign at the counter saying it has been permanently stopped. That was a letdown, as we were looking forward to trying it.

That said, the kids still had a lot of fun! Namazie really stood out.. he kept checking on us while we were at the obstacle course area (we were the last group in that session because my kids were enjoying it so much). I truly appreciate his attentiveness and friendliness throughout our visit.

One thing I’d like to mention: it’s definitely better to have an adult supervise closely. As an adult, I got stuck between the inflatable balloon walls in one of the corner areas (sorry, not sure how to describe it exactly), so just be cautious in those tighter spots.

Overall, we had a fun and positive experience. Thank you, Namazie, for your great service — we’ll definitely...

Lots of improvements need to be made:

  1. price is too expensive - RM68 for kids and adults (same price) for such a small space. On weekends when it’s crowded, almost impossible to have a decent time. Maybe need to impose time limit (so need to be cheaper) or max no of people
  2. park visitors need to clearly briefed of the rules - no eating or drinking at the park, and this should be imposed by staff. People are eating and drinking freely. Someone spilled sweet drink in the park and people stepped on it. It’s slippery and dangerous as there are many small kids.
  3. staff need to inform visitors that the trampolines are meant for jumping NOT for lying down like it’s your own bed while scrolling your handphone or sitting down in groups - hindering others to play. Almost half or the trampolines were taken up by these group of people.
  4. many staff were sitting around while scrolling their handphones. There was no active supervision of the whole park. Even when I gave feeeback about people lying down on the trampolines they did not do anything. Please brief customers when they sign the form before making payment so the rules are clear.
  5. choice of songs - this is supposed to be a kid friendly area. But the songs played are not kid friendly at all. Some of the songs played promoted boy-girl relationship and some promoting lgbt.
  6. the place smells (especially the sponges).

Please don’t waste your money...

⭐️ Beware ⭐️ If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience at this indoor playground was nothing short of a nightmare. First off, let's talk about the smell - it's nauseating. But that's honestly the least of your worries. I visited this establishment, and let's just say, I left with more than just a bad smell lingering. I ended up fracturing my ankle bone and requiring surgery. Yes, you read that correctly. The safety standards here are beyond questionable; they're practically non-existent. The staff's reaction to my injury was what shocked me the most. Instead of showing genuine concern, they seemed eerily calm, as if this was a regular occurrence. In fact, they even had the audacity to show me pictures of other injured patrons, as if it was some sort of twisted trophy wall. I couldn't help but wonder if they were already preparing to show my photo to the next unfortunate victim. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague. Trust me, the risk far outweighs any potential fun you might have. Your safety should never be compromised for the sake of entertainment. P.S. Photo shows how I flipped over on the slide and resulted in me breaking my ankle bone.

Poor management in handling customer request. I informed them about our birthday celebration gathering a week before the event just to ensure everything goes well for a group of kids. However no one informed me that there is Johor VVIP booked this place on the same date same timing!!! We arrived on time on 8 June and unable to enter. My son and friends are so disappointed. We called the Manager Kee Yap and was notified that he is on leave so he won’t answer any calls and there is no 2nd person in line that can assist to settle our situation. We waited for an hour and met their KL branch representatives that came over to welcome the Johor VVIP. They are equally unprofessional in handling our situation by throwing big names of VIP that booked the place. They are addressing my problem and yet trying to scare me off with these. 🙄 I am sure you will be informed at least a day ahead regarding the VVIP visit and you should inform us for alternative plan. Till now a day has passed and Kee Yap still didn’t call me back to show apologies on the inconveniences caused. Poor Management!!!

At first glance it looks small and not worth the charges, BUT once inside my kids had TONNES of fun. Plus point that there were not many people at the time that we went (late evening) so we all got to enjoy jumping around in peace. The zipline, giant slide and obstacle course were worth trying if you're a thrill seeker. Do note however that there's a weight limit on activities involving harness (75kg). Some tips, they do require those "grippy socks" to go in, so do bring it if you already have them, else you can buy them at the counter. Shout out to their staff, it's clear they didn't have enough staff at the time but they did their best to accommodate everyone and were very helpful. Thank you!!
