I’ve always loved Cinnabon rolls growing up so when I saw this here I was elated and bought 4 at one go even though I’ve never tried them before. Delicious toppings but the bread thing or bun is way too thick. Maybe should be halved. I enjoy a tea time snack not some mountain of rice carbo to fill myself up for lunch before cracking down to farm something. And the staff should’ve asked us if we are eating it straight away or would be bringing it home to eat later as they immediately toasted it and actually we didn’t eat it instantly. We wanted to have it after dinner and happened to pass by this bakery. So we have to reheat it up and toasted it a second time. Poor buns being toasted twice. Overall good effort will still buy again since seems like this entire area they’re the only cinnabun roll sellers 😝 sorry I ate one already before i decided to take a pic and give a review! So the cream cheese with nuts is missing...

The bagels super nice. My husband loves the poppy seed bagel more than cbtl one. I love the combination suggested by the staff, cranberry walnut bagel with mixed nuts cream cheese, so so delicious!!!! I would have given 5 stars if the service were good. Waiting time was too long. The same staff attended the cash counter and also prepare the bagel so it took quite sometime, i almost give up queueing, if not for my hungry daughter, would have cabut already. Nasib sempat try sebab sedap sangat. Adik staff please lah ada masa time tengah panaskan bagel tu janganlah main phone, better u attend customer dari belakangkan customer. I am a huge fan of these bagels! Yes I admit they are a bit overpriced. Around rm15.90 for a bagel with cream cheese. My favourite one is the smoked cheddar bagel with brown onion cream cheese. Their cinnamon rolls as well are delicious with generous toppings. The BigBox branch has a small seating area, which is a very nice touch. They also have a freezer with frozen bagels that you can buy to takeaway and reheat at home. The staff were nice...
