The worst experience ever! This is my first time of buying an apple products so I didn't know what to do. But the staff didn't guide me at all and keep saying that I should keep create an apple id. And when the system got stuck you had the audacity to say that I'm the one who done the mess. Mind you Mr. Naim, neither of this is my fault. You keep saying it's not your fault because you weren't there when I order my Ipad to your another staff ( Ms. Misha Ezany). Well clearly you could've call her and asked her she already help me create an apple id or not. Then after hours of trying you said that the system must got stuck. You give me your office card and say I could ask for help if I still can't log into my apple id. Well I already sent one and you didn't replied me until now. And you didn't tell me about the Applecare+ so I had to go to another switch to buy it and it cost me more than it should be because I should've bought it with the ipad.I'm so disappointed.For a store that sells premium Apple products, I expected a much higher level of customer service. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated.I hope Switch takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience. Switch@Sunway Big Box Retail Park is always our preferred choice wherever we need an upgrade of Apple products for the family ; staffs there are friendly and helpful but most importantly they do not judge their walk-in customers, you will still receive service with a smile even if you do not make any purchase.

This visit, we bought an Iphone and received special promo discount for AirPods and further discount from our member points redemption - yay !
