Went over for their silenced game last sunday.

Game initially started out okay but there were several portion of their game that wasnt packed properly Out of 11 puzzled 3 werent packed properly. The puzzle piece on number 5 unlocked without anything

About 30min into the game, our walkies stopped working and we attempted to wave at the camera but nobody responded to us. The last room the puzzle all weren't packed properly the cabinet wasn't locked and the last answer was on their phone.

They clearly didnt care cause when we went down back to the reception the lady at the counter was like hi do you have any bookings until i pulled out my walkie and torch to return them back then she was like ohh .... Also the room isnt really very safe because the mannequin fell on my friend's head then got baluku ... At least secure it down since we are in a moving mechanism ... I also got a cut on my back that was bleeding as well...

Told her the walkie wasn't working and that there was 3 puzzled not PACKED properly. Then she was like oh maybe got ghost helping you? Didnt offer any photo taking or whatever despite there being like 4 people sitting at the counter ....

Anyways I get that its a horror escape room but how can you just brush off your sloppiness for "ghost helping" us???? speechless ... at least explain to us how to...

Survivor was quite interesting and cool. Looking back, the game was scary but the jumpscares are actually quite “safe” and not horror, good for people who hate ghosts/dolls etc. One part of the physical element was unexpected but satisfying when we overcame it 🙌 Gamemasters were helpful, gave hints when we asked and allowed us to try breaking the puzzles by ourselves first unless we really couldn’t solve it then they stepped in to help, and let us continue the game. Grateful that they allowed us to finish the game despite overrunning, so we got to experience the whole game. Some stuff was abit old and under maintained, which made things confusing and misleading whether it’s item issue or user issue when we can’t crack it 😅 Rooms are quite dim which is a bit frustrating at times, would be helpful if we’re given a small torchlight 😥 Some puzzles are not very obvious/don’t make sense so I would recommend just to get hints so you don’t get stuck in one room for too long, since there’s quite a few rooms. The theme of the rooms flows quite well with the story so that’s a plus. Overall could have been better with some fine tuning, but it is an interesting experience for those looking for something a...
