Go kart was sooooooo superrrrrr fun!!!!! Definitely worth the try!! Wanted to try ATV but only till 6pm and limited slots. Reached there about 5pm and the queue ahead was super long. 2 large groups ahead and I don’t think I get to play today. After a few moments, all the queue cleared at the counter.
And managed to secure slot cos there’s empty slot for current race at that point of time. Counter has only got 1 last doing the registration and cashiering therefore the waiting time is quite long.
Got to play immediately right after my payment and rushed to the station to get ready. The 2 large group ahead of us ended up waited for 2hour 30mins then get to play their race together as a group.
Compulsory to get a pair of gloves at rm3 .
Instead of waiting for a few hours, we get to race immediately after payment which was a bonus!!! Save alot of waiting time and get to play straight away!!
It’s a must to watch finish the instruction video clip, and then get the hair net and helmet from the staff. It’s up to you to rent locker beside the track, or leave your belonging near the staff area while you are in the race
Each race is only 10mins, damages caused during the race, you will have pay the damage fee accordingly (refer picture)
The ground staffs mostly friendly and the photographer’s skill was worth mentioning. Every player gets to take photo before the start of the race and get to see the photo taken after the end of your race.
The result of the photo was pretty good! The photographer edit at the side of the track during your 10mins lap. They have to finish editing every player’s photo in 10mins. It’s amazing that they can edit all players photo in 10min and the result of it is pretty nice! 1 photo for rm20 2 photos for rm35 . Do support them if you don’t mind having a nice picture of you in racing car.
There’s also a tv to check your result for the race. Decided to go for round 2 and went to the counter. And I got to join the current race again! Save a lot of time for both rounds which make it so enjoyable for me!! ;))))) while other queue ahead of us still waiting at the waiting area( waiting for their turn)
There’s limited slots in a single race and therefore big group have to wait very long while 1-2 pax can join in any race that has got empty slot in that round.
Pretty sum up the experience at x park go kart. Tried 2 rounds and some exploring around the park in 2-3 hours! Super worth the trip down to x park. Weather was great! Windy and cloudy all the times and don’t feel sweaty!
There’s a big box with huge supermarket and restaurants around if you’re hungry. It’s about 20-30 mins drive from jb ciq depending on traffic conditions. Don’t mind to try again...

Rating: 2/5
My friends and I recently had a disappointing and potentially hazardous ATV experience. This was my second time here. Despite informing the staff that we were beginners, we received minimal guidance and assistance, worse than the first time I brought my friends over in November 2023.
From the start, we struggled with putting on helmets, but staff failed to provide adequate support the moment we tried to greet them in English. The staff at the ATV site even seemed surprised at our appearance despite buying tickets from the main counter hours ago.
The briefing was cursory, lacking detailed instructions on navigating steep slopes and sharp turns.
As a result, one of my friends fell off the bike while attempting a challenging turn at the very start. Alarmingly, the lead guide didn't check on her well-being nor offer additional guidance to improve. Thankfully, the guide at the back caught up and asked after her well being.
The experience left us feeling frustrated, concerned about safety, disappointed in the utter lack of safety, care, and professionalism.
Key Issues: Insufficient guidance for beginners Lack of safety briefing Lack of support despite our obvious struggles Inattentive lead guide
Recommendations: Comprehensive briefing for beginners IN ENGLISH Close supervision and support Detailed guidance on navigating challenging terrain Regular check-ins to ensure riders' comfort and safety
Advice to Potential Riders: Ensure you can speak malay. Do homework; watch YouTube videos on how to handle an ATV and expect minimal guidance and supervision, especially if you're a beginner. Do not go alone, ideally have a friend with you. This negative experience was compounded by an unsettling male in 20s-30s that followed, and commented on our...
Read moreI rate X Park Sunway five stars, but you have to be aware that my ratings are odd: I rate things based on whether "I would change anything about this" rather than "Is it the best version it can be?" Given that I've got no complaints about this place, it's a five. My criteria factored in equipment condition, ease of communication with staff, price structure and quantity-quality of activities. The most boring thing ever would be anything equivalent to staring at the TV in the hotel for 2 hours, and this one surpasses it by a huge margin. I didn't have to know Malay to communicate with 70% of the staff members, and most of them are friendly plus helpful, they know their stations, and they carry it out satisfactorily. I've seen worse and dirtier equipment, and none of them seem to pose a safety hazard, so it's a five on that front too. I think the price was reasonable enough, I didn't do exact calculations, but I expected to pay about 600-700 Ringgit for five activities. I came in a party of three people. The activities I partook in was: ATV, Go-Kart, Paintball, Archery and the EV Boat Ride.
I can't speak for timing and customer capacity, as I went on a Sunday morning during a period with no school holidays (April), so your experience may vary.
I witnessed disagreement between a customer and the staff over certain regulations, and I was affected, asked to wait aside while they resolved it. To compensate me, they gave me more time on the Go-Kart course, which I appreciate.
I would bring more friends here next time for the...
