The store is generally clean and well merchandised in the morning . There are many happy faced team members to greet you as the store opens . The sheer number of employees operating a store this size is mind numbing to my western business size . All these people. It is nice . The team members I have interacted have been generally friendly . Some don’t even acknowledge my presence. Some , I can get to smile when I tell them thank you . Cleanliness and safety standards were being maintained in the seafood and land animal meats areas . There is much to like about this Tescos, prices seem to be a bit more reasonable likely because of its heartland location and also because competition @ Mydin and Today. In terms of choices, within the supermarket, you will not not find anything you want. If you want more specialty stuff supporting retail shops will fill that niche. I am surprised to find a cosway shop for example which tend to stock health focused products. In terms of food, nothing to shout about and if you drive there are better alternatives nearby.

Poor food court I was come at 2020hrs most of vendors mentioned that food is sold out.. 😳 no were.. Lotus management please look in to this issues very seriously.. 🙏 if I come at 2130hrs I do understand that is almost closing time. Command sense build your business with good revenue not instead of rental by vendor but poor providing service facilities! can u imagine it.. Very disappointed.. trust me guys if u coming at this time 2015hrs onwards there is nothings to eat. But at the same word u still can call "Food Court" but nothings.. worst ever I came at this place.. not very recommended after u guys shopping at Lotus groceries.. 👏👏👏 very bad...
