Totally sad for the security behaviour and way of solving problems here. It’s happened today afternoon around 3:40pm, and I was looking for a carpark at 2nd floor. I saw one car ready to move out and I wait aside. Suddenly the security just came out and scold me to move my car. She scold me that I have blocked the whole road. What I actually saw was there’s only one car need to pass by, and there was totally no jam at all. What I’m not satisfied is the way you treat your customer. You can just gently ask me to move my car, no need be so rude and scold like you have no manners at all. During the same time, there’s one car that parked at the place that not supposed to park, it just beside me, and it actually blocked the way, not mine. THAT IS THE REAL PROBLEM HERE. When I finished my grocery, that car still parking there and not move yet. What I suggest to you is, you have to solve the main problem first, other wise the same problem gonna to happen again and again.
