I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction and an utter disappointment with this firm that is totally unprofessional, complete rip off and I could go on and on.

All I wanted was to install LED Strip Light on a platform that is fully ready with adequate wirings. Enquired on 7th August, they requested me to transfer 70% (1,300MYR) deposit and I did it right away.

Well here are what I am being charged for :

LED STRIP 24V 60LED/M - RGB - 17M (48MYR Per Meter) TRANSFORMER 24V (150W) 220MYR TRANSFORMER INSTALLATION 40MYR LED STRIP 5050 RGB COLOUR REMOTE CONTROL (NON WIFI) 500MYR LED STRIP REMOTE CONTROL INSTALLATION 40.00 INSTALLATION FOR LED STRIP (UNACCEPTABLE LUMP SUM OF 600Ringgits!)

It has been weeks and somehow they tried to itemize everything and sent quotation. Without further due and as I was already tired of their service, I settled full amount as I just wanted them to complete and leave.

Today apparently Remote Control needed to be ordered from Overseas and it will take 1 1/2 months apparently!

I wouldn’t hesitate to even make a police report should issues...

Services and feedback is slow and unprofessional. The onsite measuring and observing were very “cincai” also (realized it during the drawing stage cuz alot of thing they were unsure and need me go back and fore to the house to recheck or take photos). Spent almost 1m+ to get discuss out a drawing (because they said they too busy recently… may be my project too small for them) some more not really the solutions that i looking for with what their boss said they will have good idea for me during the first meet up but.. i wont proceed with them if only the deposit not paid.. sigh.. after sales.. promised to advise my workers and to follow up again.. but nothing done and no contact at all.....

We paid RM10+5k as deposit which hope to get as what they promised. Ended up delay our move in date 3 times. The staff broken my plaster ceiling and promised to send another team to rectify but no action. Now started pin pointing and denying everything.

The boss promised 3 times to send another better team, then ask the staff arrange the same team by telling no manpower...
