03 Oct 2025 Numerous residents have reported similar issues across multiple floors, and I’m also one of the affected victims. On 27 July, my pair of sneakers went missing around 4pm-10pm at MK1!
Upon contacting the security and management office, I was informed that: This is considered a “private area” where surveillance cameras are not installed. The matter cannot be escalated for police investigation or report filing. Residents are advised not to leave personal belongings at their doorstep, as the building accommodates many residents, most of whom are non-locals, making it “untraceable.”
Management disclaims all responsibility!
Furthermore, the phone number listed on Google connects only to property agents, who stated they do not handle management-related matters.
This response is wholly unacceptable and constitutes a failure of duty of care. By refusing to implement reasonable security measures and by disclaiming accountability, the management has neglected its obligation to provide a safe and secure living environment for its residents.
The lack of preventive measures and denial of recourse effectively leave residents without protection or remedy!
——— 02 Oct 2025 At noon, it took nearly an hour just to get downstairs. When questioned, management attributed the elevator breakdown to a burst water pipe on the 6th floor. While we understand the repair work may be complex, more than 24 hours have passed and yet there is still no sign of proper coordination, no contingency measures, and no sense of urgency. Residents are left to suffer in complete disarray. The fact that we continue to pay substantial management fees only to be met with such negligence, incompetence, and blatant disregard is outrageous. It is an insult to every resident, and frankly, a disgrace to what should be called “management.” ————— 01 Oct Dear Mangement,
After living here for almost a year, today has been the worst experience. From 5 p.m. until nearly midnight, all four elevators were out of service, with no security staff present to maintain order at Bomba lift.
I waited almost one hour at B4 just to enter, while at G/R, residents rushed in selfishly, ignoring those waiting from B1–4. This shows both poor management and lack of resident discipline.
I urge immediate action to assign staff during peak hours and ensure fair use of the elevators.
To the foreign lady who questioned me and thought I shouldn’t control the elevator, you said you were also one of those waiting to go up for a long time, yet you chose to do the same foolish thing as the group of ignorant people. Thank you for your reminder—it only makes me more certain that, in front of a crowd of selfish humans, what I did was absolutely the right thing!
To the gentlemen and ladies whom I asked, perhaps in a rather firm tone, to wait for the next elevator, I understand you may feel I had no right to make such a request. However, while I’m waiting at the basement a guy look nearly 60-year-old elder waiting in that enclosed, airless basement for half an hour, only to finally choose to climb nearly 18 floors was truly disheartening. I could not simply...
Read moreI would recommend to AVOID this Airbnb! Booked through Agoda, host by AWESOMESTAY. The host is unprofessional. He/She is uncontactable. We had asked if the booking was confirmed as we’ve read reviews how the unit booked was not available on the day of booking. We wanted to clarify but was never entertained till a day prior to our booked date. On top of it, non of our questions were entertained or answered. Calls and messages are not replied to. The respond given to our inquiries and questions were “my people will call you tomorrow”. Which his/her “people” only called us 3hours prior to check in time. RUDE. The “people” that was sent to helped us with the check in was a Bangladeshi man name Amin. We had contacted him an hour before arriving (2pm+) but no reply or contact whatsoever received. When we arrived at 3pm, Amin was not there. He later approached us (after multiple calls) at 3.30pm and had the audacity to say “you lambat”. Fast forward, keys received and deposit given which we request for a receipt as a prove but no shits we’re given so we decided to snap of a photo of us giving the money to Amin as a proof deposit was given which was responded with a threat of snapping our photo back - which we didn’t care or mind. Check out time was 11pm, Amin was late in giving us the keys which was at 330pm. In that 4.5H nothing was done. The house was a mess, dirty and disgusting. We were given Unit: MK3-33A-07 btw. RM 428/night at Arte Mount Kiara, you’ll be provided with - single body wash in the bathroom, a bottle of dish soap - 2 tiny dustbins - 2 plates, a bowl, a knife, 2 cutting boards, a broken dustpan and a broom, a used/dirty mop, a fridge. The TV, WiFi are only for decoration purposes 🙄. It is not my first time booking and sleeping at Airbnb and I dare to say there are apartments much cheaper with better hosts and better equip. Parking. A week prior to the check in date, we had inquire regarding the parking as our group will arrive in 6cars. As mentioned, the question/inquiries were not answered or entertained. Up till the day of check in and deposits changed hand. A single parking was given for free. The rest of the group had to park at the visitor side; that cost RM2/hour with NO FLAT RATE. It doesn’t end there! The parking fee can ONLY be paid in CASH but the machine would not accept a RM50 note. (Highest RM20 note). The cherry to the worst, and terrible Airbnb unit/service Sunday. In conclusion; save your money! The “view”, the “jacuzzi” is not worth the headache,...
Read moreThis unit (2 bed room apartment) that I booked is really cheap and can fit in more than 4 pax in the whole unit as they do provide 2 extra mattress plus you can sleep on the sofa in the living room . I checked in at 11.45pm and check out the next day at 10am . So it’s kind of a quite stay . I didn’t really walk around the whole unit as I was too tired after late check in . But overall this place is nice and price is definitely worth of money . There is a small toilet at the entrance .. really small 😀 and the air con in the living area is very noisy and looks like it’s going to breakdown very very soon . Wifi speed was ok . Place is clean but there are some small blood spots on my bedsheet . There are no mirror in the house except in the washroom . There are 2 door entrance to the washroom on the 2nd floor but there is only one floor mat provided . The master room is spacious and can sleep up to 4 person with 2 extra mattress that they have provided . And there’s another door in this master room can be opened to the air conditioner compressor. The sound of the compressor is very loud and this disturb my sleep for the night . Maybe I’m a light sleeper . And the bed in the master room is a queen size bed . The good thing is they provide really a lot of extra pillows and blankets . The washroom is clean and water heater pressure is good . The only thing is the floor is a bit slippery . So better be careful and walk slowly in the toilet . The other room is very small just nice to fit in a queen size bed and a cupboard. The view from my room is nice but this place is not really sound proof and you can hear the sound of the vehicles and the compressor. You need to get an access card (room keys) to access to the parking lot as well as to your room . They provide one free parking at the entrance of the lift and it’s quite convenient for you to go up straight to your room . The only thing about the parking is confusing . They have like B1 ,B2 and CP1 , CP2 and so on .. and you really need to ask the security where is CP2 located . And yeah .. you need to pay Rm200 deposit by bank transfer and provide a copy of your IC / Passport or driving license to the host before they udpate you your unit no . And the mail box for MK3 is very far in and you might need to get someone to accompany you to obtain the access card . And the deposit they only will return back to you after 24 hours you have paid them . Overall...
