One of the worst outlets. Takes forever for them to take your order. 9 staffs and all of them works as if they hate doing what they do. Horrible customer management. They don’t care about customers waiting to order at the counter. No sense of guilt or a sorry for making us wait. Don’t even care to tell us to wait or excuse them for the delay. Just takes the order like nothing happens with a grumpy face. Management should hire those who have the passion to work there. Food takes forever to be prepared. Definitely ruins your day! So ordered and paid around 9:30 for half boil egg. After waiting for 20min still no one care to just pack the precooked egg that can be done within 2min, so I asked for it, if not it would probably take them 40min just to pack two precooked egg and two bags of condiments into a cup. They have at least 5 staff and still don't understand how to properly utilise manpower and prioritize preparation. I'm not sure if there's a supervisor or manager, if yes then the person in charge may not be suitable for this. It would take less than 20min for me to go kkmart to buy raw eggs and half boil it in the office...

It says it will open at 9.30am. I've waited here since 9.20am, and at 9.45am still close counter. When i asked, they said they still preparing the tea. Only can order nasi lemak original and coffee

So, i ordered nasi lemak original. That also takes forever to complete. If it's not my daughter who wants their nasi lemak so much, i will not come here and waited this long.
