At Cut Hair Express Bar — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

We recently went for a scalp treatment here, and the entire process took less than one hour. We were shocked by the poor quality of the service and were extremely disappointed. After the treatment, my hair ended up looking even frizzier than before. If you're considering getting a scalp treatment here, please think twice, or even three times. We are very disappointed with the service provided and would give it no stars. Not worth to the price. This is my opinion, its up to you whether you accept it or not. Maybe you are good in color and perming but not in scalp treatment. I think you can improve your skills and equipment by adding some method to show the customer before and after scalping. Hope you get me right..It's not about the hair but rather the quality of service you've provided to us. Good luck and...

Had the worse haircut here today, I came in with long hair which I usually tie it up. After today's haircut I'm unable to tie it up.. not what I wanted when I just wanted a trim.. I realise the young hairdresser is inexperienced and does not think ahead for their customer. After she cut i thought it could go abit more but than it was already too late and damaged was already done. Previously the older lady did a decent job but this young girl is horrible .. hate it when hairdresser want to do quick job and make a buck.. I'm so angry with their service!!! Really Bad Service. Not a hairdresser...

Google search for a haircut around publika cause have an urgent meeting nearby, and found out this 'At cut express bar'. But found out the google review its low, but i give it a try on it. After cutting and perming my hair im like "WAH... a small shop but end up cutting my hair looks like those so call director's stylist" and the price is reasonable around the area. So next time will go and try other low review shop because DONT JUDGE A BOOK...
