Roaming in Publika, i thought i would try this place. 😁

First thing that will be the first impression is how the waiters would welcome you. For me that will start the vibe. Everything starts from the greet.( Came wearing flip flops) 👉👈.

Super nice. A young hip looking guy ( with earings😁) greeted us and answered our noob questions. Pleasant and most accomodating. 100 points.😁👍

We ordered n tried some familiar meals like Chicken salad, Bruschetta ,nasi lemak telang, salmon something (😅🙏 sorry forgot real name), mock tail- sherley temple and pizza big boss, The size of those meals almost occupy 2 tables 😁👉👈.

Nasi lemak tasted quite lemak, with huge portion also, 100 Publika points, Bruschetta was delicious, 100 Publika points, shirley temple tasted nice 100 Publika points😁and salmon meal was quite flavourful.

For chicken salad, it looked quite juicy and also huge in portion. Im a " salad meal" hunter, so im gonna have to give chicken salad , 50 publika points😁🙏. Ive tasted Villa Zamara's, Subways, Flint's, Padi's and i must say, a good salad ought to have a burst of flavours in your mouth and it wouldnt have too much of the bland salad taste. Salad is bland but we eat vege because its healthy so it should still taste good. So hope they will keep improving on the salad. 😁👍

Wait, price wise..its Publika's normal rate. YTJT ( yang tahu jer tahu). 😁👍 For me that's the average price in Publika.

I havent been able to try all other meals on the menu yet but looking at the awesome restaurant hospitality, i would love to come back!🤩🤩

It was a family dinner for the first time at Publika Big Boss. My views are:-

Negative points The food was not tasty at all and too pricey. Rather would spend RM8-RM12 for the same food at a hawker stall or food court, which are far more tastier. Smokers are placed together with non-smokers side by side Could not stand it. How did they allow it? Is it not against gov. policy? 3.On 2 occassions, the waiters brought other customers orders to our table.Coordination of orders and communication needs to be improved. 4.We reminded a waiter that our ordered drinks have not arrived yet.Awhile later, another waiter brought it. Few mins later the former waiter brought the same. We told him the drinks have been delivered by another waiter.

He insisted politely that we had ordered extra. So shocked, we said that we did not do so, we only reminded. We felt this guy did not understand simple english and has put us in a spot.We stood our ground. They need to improve their english comprehension and listening skills, to avoid victimising the customers for their own mistakes in comprehending the customers requests correctly.

Positive points. Waiters are very friendly and hospitable despite the short comings. 6 Drinks are tasty.

Conclusion: Regrettably this would be our last dining at Publika Big...
