Chen Brothers Durian & Fruit — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

I ate here with two friends. The first durian they offered to us was a fairy durian. I had never heard that name. I took it and it was very good. The second durian was a Tekka durian. It was excellent. Very thick and sweet and bitter. The third durian was a Musang King. Actually it was very good, exact ripeness. But for me and also for my friends it was too bitter. Not very sweet but very bitter. Therefore I asked the fourth durian a Tekka again and I want a big one. It was an excellent durian again. We were very satisfied with this place, and compared with other places that I had tried, this place is quite cheap....

We took 3 durians (XO, D24 and Musang King) that cost us Rm 188. The musang king taste terrible and watery. The seed was big and not much to eat. We were told that the musang king was not pure (mixed species). They should not label this type of durian as "musang king" which was very misleading besides not cheap either. A bit pushy in selling. When request for smaller durian (usually more seeds), boss insisted that bigger for more people, end up only a few seeds (5 seeds only for a durian almost 3kg) with mostly empty shell.
