Have done Aqua Straightening + 1 One Tone Color+ Treatment + Cut. Appreciate the hardwork of the team. So sorry that i was late because of a traffic jam but the team still extend my time and wait for me.(for convenience to the team, please inform them early that you will be late). My hair was too thick so that it takes longer time to done all the process and need more member to assist in the process. Thanks to the member who involved in the process:

Making an appointment was easy through phone. The staff were welcoming and cheerful.

I thought it was a Japanese hair salon from its name, but it wasn't (my fault for assuming, should have checked with them on the phone). It felt that it catered better to a younger crowd, like 18-30, where less degree of service would be expected.

I had my haircut on the ground floor, and it felt packed due to the seat arrangements. most of the customers were dying their hair, so it wasn't that comfortable for me as i could smell the dyes.

The hairstylist was pretty good, though. Got my hair trimmed, and she gave me useful advice on how to blow dry and style my hair.

However, I won't be coming here again as i prefer a quieter and calmer atmosphere when getting my hair done. (Yes, I'm an old...

Absolutely loved this place!! I’ve been wanting to switch salons because my usual place in Mont Kiara the prices got crazy and the service just wasn’t it anymore. But this salon? Such a hidden gem! Everyone here is super friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. I think my stylist’s name was Michelle (?)—she was AMAZING. You can tell she loves what she does, and she made me feel so comfy the whole time like I was catching up with a friend, not just a customer.

As for the pricing, I really appreciate how transparent they were. I just told them what I had in mind, and they explained what could be done without pushing anything extra. Super chill and honest!
