Inside Scoop @ Publika — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

Came here for the RM3 promo but was deeply disappointed on 2 major notes:

My friend was served her ice cream but the server dropped her scoop on the GROUND ans the server had the audacity to still serve it to her. My friend had to request her to change to a new scoop. This isn't even something you need to train a person, it's logic. Would your server eat the ice cream which was dropped on the ground? Or any other food for that fact...

My sister was ordering one for herself and one more for me (I wanted double scoop) but your server gave both her and my ice cream scooped into one cup anyways, and it was one scoop of her and one scoop of mine. We wanted 2 girls 2 cups, not 2 girls 1 cup.

Not sure if your servers can't handle the volume of customers because there were quite a lot of people, but point no.1 is extremely unacceptable.

Also, on a separate occasion, my cousin and his gf came at 9pm but they refused to serve them waffles because they've turned off the machine...... isn't the...

Bad experience there. Staff was busy doing other things and let me wait as though I was not there.1 Scoop is too small and taste is too sweet. Melts too easily and too pricey. Trying to up market themselves by putting a premium pricing but the taste and satisfaction does not justify. Also questionable about the halal-ness as I do not see any halal cert.
