I had the most delightful experience at Inside Scoop after a long, exhausting day at work. The mochi waffle was absolutely fantastic—crispy on the outside and wonderfully chewy on the inside. It was the perfect treat to brighten my night!

Despite witnessing a customer making a complaint, the team handled it with grace and professionalism. They sincerely apologized and ensured the customer was taken care of. Their positive attitude and exceptional service made my visit all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend Inside Scoop for their delicious treats and outstanding customer service. Thank you for a memorable evening! I saw the name on the receipt namely Adila, and the other chinese guy i am not sure what is his name.

Went there yesterday night after dinner with my husband. Initially wanted to order 1 scoop, then I realised 1 scoop RM9; 2 scoops RM16, so I asked my husband if want to order 1 more scoop, make it RM16 for 2 scoops. End up we chose 2 scoops of flavour & ordered. But what I received was 2 single scoops (2 individual cup) which was RM9 x 2. The servant just assumed that we want 2 x single scoop without confiming with us. Kinda ruined my mood afterwards cz I had to pay extra RM2 for the same thing. Not forgot to mention that almost all flovour need to add extra money. Never...
