US PIZZA - Sri Petaling (New) — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I visited this US Pizza outlet on 8 October 2020 for dinner with my girlfriend, and I was extremely disappointed with everything provided at this outlet.

Firstly, when placing our order, the gentleman behind the counter was not helpful in explaining the price differences when we were making our selection of the set meal and pizza flavours. As a result of that, we unknowingly ended paying ALOT more that we should have.

Secondly, the iced tea provided with our set meals were EXTREMELY sweet to a point these were not drinkable at all. I informed the waiter if he could change these for us, and he said "sorry these are already pre-made and i can't change the sweetness of the drink". That one drink would have been enough to turn me into a diabetic patient - yes it was that bad!

Thirdly, the service was extremely slow for our starters and the pizzas. The restaurant had only two tables occupied(including my table) at the time, and to me it was not acceptable to have such slow service. When I politely enquired on the waiting time for my food, the waiter replied very rudely to the point my girlfriend and me were shocked to see that kind of response. It was as if he had no respect for customers.

Lastly, the quality of the food was so bad, and not worth the money spent at all. I lived in the US for several years, and when i tasted the food, i was so upset that it was light-years away from what it should be.

The team, and owner of this outlet should be embarrassed with the quality being put out while representing this company. I strongly recommend to avoid this outlet as they have no appreciation for quality food, or quality customer service. Definitely my worst pizza...

Atmosphere: 4🌟 Very comfortable seatings and solid tables/chairs (can be a bit small table). Its very cooling, infact can be too cold especially on rainy evening/nights.

Service: 4.5🌟 Very friendly, attentive and patience service.

Food: Cheese Boat Pizza 3.25🌟 Apparently their best seller, original hand tossed Regular size. It is not salty but very cheesy indeed and really stretchy (easily 1 arms length) so recommend to share for 2 people with some sides and drinks. Priced at Rm 38++

Food: Italian Aloha 3.75🌟 Traditional flavor Regular Sized Thin Crust. It has creamy italiano sauce that taste good yet not too heavy. It also as chicken, cheese and diced pineapples which is refreshing as always for me in a pizza. Regular sized pizzas is Rm 33.95++, Thin Crust additional Rm 3++.

Food: Spicy Chicken Delite 3🌟 Traditional flavor Regular Sized Original Hand Tossed Crust (default). Quite a lot nice ingredients including chicken, mushrooms, onions, epper, pineapple but unfortunately the flavor of the Duncan Sauce (tomato) doesn't really stands out especially that its totally not spicy at all. Suggest you to put chili flakes yourself. Free from Tea Time promo.

Drinks: Filtered Water...

I would like to give 4.5 star instead of 4 cuz they're nearly perfect! Last night was my first time there with my family! Visited there cuz won some salted egg pizzas hah! Aite, free is free, but the waiters & waitresses there r oso veryyyy friendly, always wearing a smiley hah! Especially the malay girl who is always staying in cashier, her smile is so brighttt! Well ye the only shortcoming is the food serve is slow maybe due to quite a lot of customers & ye they looked bz that time so sokay, &..! Must try their tea!!! Very nice!!! Without lemon oso tastes so nice!!! For the salted egg pizza, yep quite impressive, the seafood which is prawns & squids on top r fresh! For the free banana mania pizza from rating 5 stars on Google, it taste not bad, too! Anyway, US pizza is very worth to try out! Will visit again!!! Good job, US pizza team at sri Petaling branch (I only visited that branch for now) ..& oso the 🍕 & 🍟 Plushies there r damn cuteee!!! Must take pic with them!! & the neon light decor there is oso very nice but too sad the seat there was occupied so didn't take with it, hope they can put these decors more further away from seats in order to let someone else to take even more pics to help promoting y'all oso mah right?? 😹 & ye there r oso some interesting graphic art frames hang on wall which is...
