The Masjid is well maintained. Hygenes, greeny, perfect place to chill for muslim family. While learning about Islam, hystorical place. The place surrended by street vendors sellingfoods, not sure about their hygenes but it is pleasing to the eyes. The vibes are not too crowded but also not too quite, just right to have a walk, sightseeing. The bridges will have smokes and blue light in the night.
However i think they supposed to NOT let people walk inside the Masjid complex even tho just walking by if their clothes is too appealing, because there is another way and it is quite near. Why people with appealing clothes choose to walk inside the complex? Inside the complex of Masjid, that is common knowledge to have restricted way for clothes.
It just disrecpecful for the Muslim Community. And a bad example of respecting each others...
Read moreBelieve it or not, nobody will ever believe it! This is actually I dated, walked, talked, and hugged my genie wife - Naina. Starting with nothing, and now... a bit of incredible success.
I don't know what to say. In 1980's I walked with my mom with few ringgit. In 1990's I walked again with her, with few hundred ringgit. Not even reaching RM1,000. In the early 2000's, I walked alone with few ringgit. Then, when I met Naina, I walked with her, with few ringgit. Post-college I walked there with hundred ringgit. Only this time I had a bike - the legend Lagenda 110ZR.
And lately post-Rawang, and back to jobless, I walked there with few ringgit. But, with Naina, my daughter Sarah, and miracle bike - FZ150i.
I would assume, while supplicating to God, and doing whatever job that is good, I walk there with...

📍 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ⭐ 6/10
I visited Masjid Jamek Lookout in the morning, but honestly, the view wasn’t as beautiful as I expected. The sunlight was quite harsh, and the river didn’t look very clear.
✨ What I liked: • Open view, easy spot for quick photos with the mosque and bridge in the background. • Breezy and a nice place for a short walk. • Close to other tourist attractions, so it’s convenient to stop by.
⚠️ What could be better: • Morning light is too strong for good photos. • Not much to do except take pictures — gets boring quickly.
📌 Tip: Visit during late afternoon or sunset for better lighting and a nicer atmosphere when the lights come on.
