I stayed in dorm for the first time at this hostel which I normally stay at private room. The dorm in Lower Ground floor quite dirty, I took the lower bunk bed in the 32 beds dorm. Bunk 28 Lower, the bed has bed bug so unlucky for me. The toilet also not clean like in picture and not really maintained. Some of doors in toilet is not fixed however the water heater is working properly and pressure was great. Hairdryer in toilet not working too. There is no soap in toilet. Luckily I was there only for place to crash and take my morning bath other than that I would have not stay here. The bed has air hole I think it is for ventilation but thing is the person beside can look into that hole so there is no privacy for you. The curtain for the bed also very short like not cover full so there is light leaking through when you sleep. There is 3 pin plug point by the bed alongside reading light. Great : there is 7E and mynews in front of hotel. Tajudin Nasi Briyani is next door. Water cooler is provided. For traveler : bring these if you check in dorm room - padlock, slippers, soap and quick dry towel. To improve : fix the toilet doors, put hang rack somewhere in toilet, fix the hairdryer in toilet, put bath gel in the washroom. Tip for traveler, if you plan for more privacy take the upper bunk, it looks a lot cleaner and better maintained maybe because rarely used.

From the moment I stepped into the lift, I had a bad feeling about this place. Unfortunately, my instincts were right. When I entered the dormitory, it felt more like a refugee camp than a hostel. There was an overwhelming mix of strong, unpleasant odors that made it hard to stay in the room comfortably. The biggest issue was the toilets. The smell was unbearable, and I even noticed dried yellow stains in the corners, making me wonder how long it had been since they were last cleaned. Every toilet I checked was the same-dirty and unmaintained. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were combined with the toilets, so you had to shower in the same cramped, unsanitary space. It felt like a 2-in-1 situation no one asked for. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hostel unless management seriously improves the cleanliness and hygiene. Do not believed how good booking.com reviews and photo. There were just looks good photo when they 1st day opening.

Bed bugs! Booked a bed for 3 nights but left after one night even though I couldn't get a refund. I found the bed bug in the hostel I moved to and I'm pretty sure the bug got into my luggage in Leo leisure. I talked to another guest who said he moved his bed because of bed bugs, so that means multiple bed are interested. Update: caught another bed bug several days after I caught the first one which means multiple bugs got into my luggage. That probably means the room I stayed in had a serious infestation. The management acknowledged that they are aware of the problem, but they probably didn't take the problem seriously. Now I'm in Vietnam but I'm still getting bug bites and I cannot go back home until I'm completely sure I'm not carrying bed bugs

I booked a bed in a 36-bed dorm room. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Below are some of my experiences during my stay here. If you are planning to book a room here, I think the information I provide will be somewhat useful to you. Price: 20RM/night. Very cheap Staff: friendly, enthusiastic Safety: 3.5/5 Location: the hotel is located right in the city center, you can travel easily by train or bus or walk to nearby tourist attractions. Dorm room: located on the ground floor, quite dark space, not much natural light, not well ventilated. Bed: Full of pillows and blankets, and curtains around the bed. The blanket is quite old and smelly. The sleeping area was not cleaned so it was quite dirty and dusty. Air conditioner: low capacity, not enough cooling. During my 3 nights here, I had to sleep at 4 or 5 a.m. because the room was too hot. Toilet: dirty, not cleaned regularly, has a very strong odor. No free toothpaste or shampoo provided. Guests: In my opinion, the majority of guests staying in dorm rooms are migrant workers and long-term residents. They rent rooms here because the rent is very cheap.

In my opinion, the room quality is suitable for the room rental price. If you travel with a very low budget and do not have high needs, this is a suitable place for you. However, if you have a high need for accommodation, please consider it. I hope the above information is somewhat useful to you. Hope you have a great trip to KL. ...

The one person reception is only patience for 10 minutes but will become very impatience turning to quite rude after that. My advise, dont listen to what they advise. No other employee seen. The air condition room is tiny that only walkable space from bed to toilet. The bed is only 6 inches gap on each side and the tiny bedside table is blocking the wall power socket. The 3 tables are made by walls that measure around 7 X 12 inches each and there are 2 cups with plates on a tray. There lighting is quite dim, poor internet, no real table, no cupboard, 1 hanger in toilet, another 1 wall power socket near the floor. The narrow toilet has a hot water sink and hot shower. The bed is normal small, normal hard Queen with normal hard pillow. The 2 thin blankets are with cover. The TV is not tune so not watchable and no remote control. There are a hotwater dispenser, chairs and tables for smokers outside the walkway between buildings on second floor. There is no restaurant as listed! Not for wheelchairs or heavy luggages because need to walk up stairs to access lifts. The walkway all are too narrow too. It is nearby to Central Market for expensive overpriced tourists. The room price is too expensive but location is quite good 10 minutes walk to city center. I suggest only pay below USD15 as according to...
