They do call and apologise for what has happened and refunded my money. Hopefully it won’t happen again to anyone. I do appreciate their effort for calling me. Previous comment: I bought last year, it was good even the packaging is nice. Ordered again on Tuesday, waited and decided to text them as i requested it to be delivered at 4pm and it was alrdy 6pm. No reply. I started to feel like it is a scam. Then contacted them again at 9pm, and got a reply saying their staff didn't proceed my order basically? Then i was like, Nevermind, you can send me tomorrow despite of my frustration. The next day, I’ve got it and eat 3 pcs and taking the 4th pcs knowing there’s flies on it. I made a complaint, but no answer. Until today. They clearly wrote send a video or photo and get the free change but i doubt it. Spending RM92 for 3 ulas durian definitely not worth it.

Just order right now from grab. RM67 for 500gr D24. This is not promotional price and not cheap at all but I read comments before order and hope it would be something good but when I received and opened it, totally disappointed. Look at the photo and see the grey color of it. It looked not fresh, the meat is too riped. The taste is terrible. I still tried to eat some but one of them taste very awful made me wanna vomit and I had to give up. I would like to request a refund and you can take back the leftover to check

Saya request ganti durian baru, Pak Ali terus ganti tanpa banyak soalan. Durian replacement udang merah saya dapat sangat sedap manis gilerr. Harga berpatutan daripada beli yg timbang kulit, sebab sah2 dapat isi 500/1000 gram. Lepas ni kalau cari durian, memang akan beli dekat sini je. Terima kasih durian Pak Ali 👍

I have been buying from Pak Ali since MCO, his musang king durian are good. Recently i decided to also buy DIOI on top of Musang King durian. The musang king durian was good as always but unfortunately the D101 was beginning to taste sour. We had to throw it away, what a waste of money. Highlighted it to vendor but no action or compensation was offered. Dissapointed for a returning customer. Lesson learn go to the shop by yourself to buy so that if the fruit arrives not in the best condition they cannot create excuses. Hope vendor takes this matter seriously especially if youre serious about maintaining your customers...
