Fan Holiday Hotel — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

What is good||- Great savings for family room (no windows) which is spacious and complete with toiletries. Best yet is the fridge and saloon type hair dryer for their guests. Awesome!||- Free Wifi is strong and stable. Fantastic!||- Satisfactorily clean room except that seldom accessed places may need more attention by the housekeeping crew.||- Basement parking is available but not complimentary though. Gated for secruity.||- Food outlets available and all within walking distance and you can even pop into the Setapak Central Mall next door for your meals and shopping spree.||- Room with windows and great scenic views would be those facing the Danau Kota Lake (Taman Danau Kota).||||What can be improved||- Subsidized parking for hotel guests would be great. ||- No tea/coffee beverage provided in rooms but who needs it when you can get a cuppa downstairs and enjoyed with roti canai.||- No vanity mirror in the room other than inside the toilet. Would be helpful if the management put one up near to the water table area.||- Rooms not too sound proof as voices can be heard at...

The bed sheet seems like didn't change at all. Because it is dirty and can see the hair that left by previous travelers on the bed. The dirty tissue also left above the clean tissue. So, I'm sure they didn't clean the room at all. The water pump is very small too so it is hard to bath. When there is someone bathing in the bathroom, there is one side of the bathroom that can let another person can be see clearly from the bed. It is not privacy at all !!!! How come you guys will design the room like this? And, there is no hair dryer in the room. We also can't connect to the WIFI. I've called the front desk and they said because we stayed at the third floor so that's why we can't connect to the WIFI. I feel very dissapointed and I won't book...

Terrible Hotel which no power supply from 2/4 socket which provide in this hotel. Hair dryer not working due to socket issue , water cater was so dirty at inner side ( forgot to take picture ) believe someone cooked over it. bath room run out of soap and shampoo. Room service average as dirty n uncomfortable felt but lastly the air con function good n parking mostly easy to get. when ask the receptionist he say sorry room service people already off duty and change room not possible is full house. i will not consider stay to this 1 star hotel again. compare to my last stay on year 2022 May , the room service getting worst. pls be aware if you plan to stay here Fan Holiday hotel...
