Worst experience to order cake from you guys. This is the second time I order cake to be deliver to my friend for his birthday. First time was last year 2022, cake was not deliver on time and I have to call to align with the staff and waste of my time. But the PIC do personally msg and apologies to me. So I give them a chance this year 2023, same issue. And this time is even worst. My friend waited 3.30 hours at home for the cake to be deliver. And same thing I have to call to them and found out there is no cake to be deliver on their end. And the staff mention to call me back. NO CALL is received after 60 mins and no apologies. I GUESS U GUYS HAVE TOO MUCH SALES and I will NEVER COME BACK TO BUY FROM U GUYS NOR INTRO ANY FRIENDS TO BUY OR ORDER FROM INSIDE SCOOP ESP IF U ARE ORDERING FOR EVENT (if ur event at 8pm + 3.30 hours = u can expect the cake to be deliver...

Very terrible customer service. The female staff was impatient when we asked if we can try the flavours but we ordered total 3 flavours anyway. When we proceed with payment, we asked the Chinese guy staff if we can use our member voucher and he's friendly and said ok but not sure how he calculates, the bill went from RM28 to RM36, which is more expensive lol. So we said we don't want to use this voucher. Then the female staff started to show black face and very rude to us, like super unwelcome us 😤 We happily came here to eat ice cream but being treated so badly, never apologise at all. After that the female staff still show her anger by throwing those cups/ plates very hard, making loud noises in the shop. Is she mentally ok...? A very clean and spacious Inside Scoop outlet! So happy to have one in Kepong that opens late, because the PJ ones are always too crowded and close too early for me to have waffles. 😆

They have a variety of ice cream flavours each day, and you can have it in a cup or cone - or pair it with waffles! The waffles have different toppings as well and my personal favourite is the banana one as it comes with caramelised bananas and nuts. They have ice cream cakes as well.
