Tea Expert Pavilion Bukit Jalil — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

Pretty bad experience. I ordered through Shopee Food app, I expected with the price I paid, the quality of the tea should be more attentive. Taro Coconut Fusion: Taro was hard, the taste was no different from eating a bowl of cold bur bur cha cha at 3 times the price. I would rather order a bowl of bur bur cha cha than pay 18RM to just drink a cup of coconut milk with steamed taro, with a few white boba balls added.

White Peach Oolong milk tea: The image posted on the app is completely different from the product received. On the App, the milk tea cup will have a creamy layer on top and sprinkled with toppings, but when I received the product, I found out that these things had to be paid for. So please add the line "image for illustration purposes only" or when taking product photos, please take photos of exactly what the customer will receive, don't just be pretty, but "lie" like that. The tea only has a fragrant aroma, otherwise it is bland, has no tea flavor, and leaves no lasting impression after drinking.

Newly opened cafe, located at 5th floor of Pavilion Bukit Jalil shopping mall. They expertise in different tea mixture with fruits, bubble tea, cheese, cream, etc. Quite plenty of selections available but some drinks might not available if the ingredients used up / not available. Overall, quite interesting and the drinks taste OK. Drinks price is slightly at higher side, but still reasonable.

They have only 1 counter for ordering and payment. Besides that, they only have the menu displayed in front of the counter, causing long queue as customer will take their sweet time to choose the drinks that they want. Would be much appreciated if they have the menu up on the huge screen that they have.

The cafe seating located just behind the counter, with limited seats. Waiting seats also available, just next to the collection counter, but only able to fit 4 persons. One star for everything. Terrible experience. Made an order, stood there waited for 15mins when there's barely any customers. Just to realised my drink was left in the blender and no one can be bothered about it. There was 3 person working but not even efficient. Shouldn't you be doing your customer drink first instead of doing other admin things like refilling the receipt and all?
